My item, ordered through Amazon on 29.12.2025, was given a tracking code but now, 35 days later, when that code is used, there is no indication that the item has been moved anywhere in it's journey from China to UK.

Abholung im Depot ohne Adresse?
Wie bei allen anderen auch wurde angeblich ein Zustellversuch unternommen durch Wanbang Express. Jetzt liegt das Paket in einem Depot. Es gibt keinen Zettel, sondern nur eine Info darüber bei Amazon. Aber ohne, dass da steht wo dieses Depot ist. Ich wohne in der kölner Innenstadt.

It was not delivered, but at least Amazon has great customer service. I've seen plenty of other reviews about your company. Your drivers are either stealing packages or you are. I'll never buy anything that uses your company for delivery again, but thank you for your dishonesty. :)

It was definitely not delivered. I'm not sure if your company exists solely to steal packages, but based on 98% of reviews, only 2% of customers actually received packages from your logistics company.

Würde am Liebsten 0 Sterne geben so ein schäbigen Versandexpress sollte es nicht geben. Ich warte seit mehreren Monaten auf ein Paket. Zuerst hieß es, dass die Lieferung nicht möglich war, dann wurde es angeblich in einer Packstation abgegeben, wo es auch nicht aufzufinden war. Die Art und Weise wie Kunden hier behandelt werden ist unverschämt und eine Sauerrei. Es wird nicht mal auf E-Mails vernünftig geantwortet!!! In Zukunft werde ich versuchen so gut es geht Wanbangexpress zu meiden, es würde sogar so weit gehen, dass ich einen Artikel garnicht mehr bestellen würde

Genau wie bei vielen anderen auch, wurde ein angeblicher Zustellversuch unternommen. Obwohl jemand zu Hause war, wurde es als nicht zustellbar deklariert und in einem Paketshop hinterlegt. Es wurde keinerlei Info hinterlassen, wo das Paket zu finden ist.

Where is my parcel?
I ordered an item through Amazon Italy on the 16th of January, I keep on constantly checking the tracking via their website but it has been stuck for 10 days in the step "Linehaul Agent, Parcel departure in Transit Facility, Parcel Departure" and not progressing, although the parcel was already supposed to be delivered by then and there is no way to contact them. Po sprawdzeniu numeru przesyłki w naszym systemie stwierdziliśmy, że otrzymaliśmy dane dotyczące paczki, ale fizyczna przesyłka nie dotarła jeszcze do naszego magazynu. W tej sytuacji zalecamy skontaktowanie się ze sprzedawcą w celu potwierdzenia, czy paczka została wysłana.
My parcel needed an address correction and was still not delivered.
My parcel needed an address correction, I got the address corrected and they acknowledged that fact. After several "attempts" to deliver they finally say it was delivered. It was not in fact delivered, if it was at all it was to a different address. There is no real way to contact Wanb express, and I fear I may be out the cost of my package.

Hice un pedido en Amazon, me avisaron que llegaría el día 15, hice el pedido el 30. Bueno el día 12 me llamaron para decir que me lo traían el siguiente día porque el repartidor tenía que finalizar su jornada. Esperé el siguiente día, nada, el día 15 me salió un aviso que llegaría entre el 15 y el 20, el día 20 que llegaría con retraso antes del 23, el día 23 Amazon decía que llegaría hoy. El día 24 me dice Amazon que se había entregado el día 22 y sigo sin tener mi pedido… ya no lo quiero y si veo que esta empresa se encarga de mi siguiente pedido, lo anularé
