While their themes are beautiful, they are highly not customizable. I asked them to update the woocommerce templates because they are the parent editor of the template and I can't update it myself. I said their theme has too many deficiencies. instead of fixing the problem, they removed my account. they said support is given for at least one year. they removed my account so I when i enter the product page, my merchandise are not being displayed properly. it is extremely zoomed in and not cropped.

I'm not too impressed with this company.

The Pro Theme wouldn't let me change the Site Title or the TAGLINE.

In order for me to be able to do what I wanted I had to add my logo and make the Site Title and TAGLINE invisible.

Not impressed and this will be the last time I purchase from this company.

I’ve been using themes from VW Themes bundle for almost two years. Their bundle has more than 250 different themes for nearly any scenario you can think of. Recently, I’ve used the theme “Professional Portfolio”. I’m overly impressed with the quality design, easy customization options, and modern and intuitive look. Installation went smoothly, but you need to follow the documentation precisely – set specified pre-requirements on your WordPress installation. During the customization process, I did run in a couple of problems, but VW Support was quick to address them, and I had my new website up and running in no time. For the price they are asking for the entire bundle (and often they even have specials), you cannot go wrong. The range of the themes they included in the bundle would satisfy anyone – from “movie collection” to “plumbing business” to the “book store”. Highly recommend VW Themes.

For over 10 days the PRO THEME that I purchased is not working. I had to move my project to a different wordpress installation and theme to actually be able to launch it. While customer service initially responded fast they did not manage to fix the issue. For over a week I have been asking for a refund as the issue is continously not fixed and this is completely being ignored. So I spent money on a PRO theme that does not work, is not getting fixed and I am also not being given a refund. Be careful if you want to buy a theme from them. I am really angry with this whole process and the wasted money.

Support is ultimate. Quick responses unlike other providers. Themes are really good. Worth every penny :)

Very nice theme, suitable for an auto parts webshop. The support helped fix the issue when needed.

Bundles are horribly put together.
You have to extract many "themes" and repackage them into a zip before using them. This should be a seamless operation for buyers.
If you want to sell a bundle, package them separately them, zip all the zips into a master zip.
When I got my bundle, most were outdated and were difficult to update.

to start with, the testimonials "page" is clearly a dedicated team of staff unfortunately with very similar English phrasing that dead gives away the fact that a majority of the testimonials are fake, the lack of ability to directly post, login, and otherwise interact with the testimonials is the second dead giveaway that they're fake.
How am I so sure? Because these themes are quickly falling out of date, lacking staff willingness or ability to actually keep their packages up to date and near constant 24/7 sales pushes and endless banner ads while the content remains working but always just slightly broken and of course the never ending line up after passing through promised pay wall guarantees only to find it was the half-truth at best... endless one time purchases all similarly end up right back at the start buying the 1 year all in one bundle priced package that it itself expires so one way or the other you'll likely end up buying 2-3 themes and at least a year for the bundle package but you'll never truly be free from the endless sales pitch. But besides that, the theme itself... is great? sure. in 2021, but alas it's 5 years old from its last update. However, it's deceptive to the core the level they've gone through to get you to buy it before you really find out... the non "pro" version is directly downloaded from the themes explorer and is versioned 1.6.1 and does not exhibit any of the bugs when following the walk-through modifiers, even more drastic modifications don't mess up the themes base capabilities. But there in is the issue, as a non-pro version you're destined to always be behind a paywall to turn the functions on, all of course left out wide and open saying NOPE not for you cheapo! but here's the catch, and the warning: the "pro" version is a package and key emailed to you, download linked, not turned on or paywall Off'd from the site, you install it like any other theme not picked out from the repos. and what you get... like in my case, is version 1.2.6, the near identical site to 1.6.1 "demo" level one that is advertised with the handicapped capabilities making it useless to use so instead you get the "pro "version 5 years old, with widgets and features linking deprecated plugins, legacy widgets, and if you so much as change a button colour slightly it will all come crashing down around you... its code base is out of date and is lacking update and care, but you're sold on the spit polished demo version, the final product... is akin to the dumpiest hotels and apartments always having the most ridiculous names "holiday court" "crown vista" "Fairmont apartments", maybe when built the names meant more than where dreams come to die but alas the brochure is always the best angle, and VW themes is just that. a 20-year-old brochure.

So far so good! I bought the theme, imported the demo files and everything works well.
The website isn't live yet but the support is great for resolving issues and answering technical questions, which is great for a novice like me.

Only reason for a one is can't go any lower. After awhile you get tired of seeing this message on every theme that you try to download. “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet” So, unless you know how to fix this yourselves don't buy it. Seems that this is not a new problem and I am not the only one experiencing it. The forums have not been much help either.
After much communication between myself and Customer Support the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. They went through and solved the issues then emailed the individual site links that I was interested in. Great Job!

Purchased a VW theme for a client. Theme seemed to install ok except for the requirement to download 7 additional plugins that was not referenced anywhere. Once the plugins were installed and the website editing started the server crashed. I emailed support. There answer was to click on links to the documentation which I had already read. None of the advertised functions actually worked. Every screen in the Wordpress admin area was populated with requests to purchase hundreds of additional premium themes. Nobody likes to be spammed and scammed. I asked for a refund and was refused. BUYER BEWARE!

I downloaded the theme Sunday, today's Friday, same week. There were a few glitches and I had a couple special requests, Support responded daily and fixed or added everything I need. Thank you! I've tried other paid WP before and other companies couldn't figure out their coding errors. VW knows what they're doing. Thanks so much!
