I brought a theme from them 1 year ago - I rebranded so my url was not the same as it was when I purchased the theme - The theme stopped worked - The measure of patiences and professionalism the ENTIRE team used to help fix the issuses I had was amazing - The support team needed to get into my server but auth code would change every 30 secs - the support team couldnt not call out - so they got the help of the sells team to use whatsapp to get codes 4 times until we caught it fast enough to get them in - total team effort - when they truly had nothing to gain - pro support was time frame had lasped - my url had been changed - they could have simple walked away form a very time consuing complexed situation - but they did not - we worked for a week - back and forth until - they fixed - THANK YOU - VERY MUCH!
purchased the WP Bundle from MisbahWP and overall my experience has been quite positive. I was initially a bit unsure about buying a bundle, but it turned out to be good decision considering the number of themes included with given price

They always respond promptly to figure out the issue. Their templates are good with lots of customization available. I have bought and used two templates from them and will buy again when I need to.

29.04.25 Ich habe das Free WordPress Video Theme für den Videoblog von diesem Entwickler gekauft. Der Lizenzschlüssel entpuppte sich als einmalige Anwendung, und nach der ersten fehlgeschlagenen Installation des bezahlten Themas blieb ich mit einem nicht funktionierenden digitalen Produkt zurück.
Ich habe drei Tage lang versucht, mit dem Entwickler Kontakt aufzunehmen, um mir bei der Lösung des Problems zu helfen, aber niemand hat auf meine Anfragen reagiert.
Nach völliger Stille durch den Verkäufer musste ich einen Problemfall auf dem Paypal-Zahlungssystem öffnen, und nach intensiver Korrespondenz im PayPal-System weigerte sich der Verkäufer, das Geld für ein nicht funktionierendes Thema zurückzugeben, und schloss den Problemfall selbstständig.
