Excellent communication, dealt quickly with my queries. The courier in my country returned to the sender but it was quickly posted out again with no fuss. Communication was clear and reassuring.

Excellent and fast service. 7 days from order to get the lenses. Oculus Quest 2 is a wonderful piece of tech and VR Optician makes it accessible to people who otherwise would not be able to use it. Brilliant!

I ordered from another company and did not have a great experience. Waited over 2 weeks and ended up with lenses I couldn't use at all.

Vr optician had lenses to me in 4 days and they are wonderful. Great quality product and has enhanced my VR experience.

If you have any reservations about ordering from VR Optician, I can wholeheartedly say that you have no need to worry. I got my lenses in less than a week and they work perfectly. They fit in my Quest 2 no problem and make the experience of VR much more enjoyable as someone who wears glasses. I even made a small mistake when I ordered mine, but they were quick to respond to my message through their email and correct it, even doing the weekend. While I haven't tried any other company that makes VR lenses, I can without a doubt say you won't go wrong if you buy from here.

Fantastic service from ordering to delivery. My VR lenses arrived three working days after ordering, they fit my Reverb G2 really snug and I can now enjoy VR without worrying about scratching my spectacles or headset lenses.

Absolutely brilliant! I was doubtful that these would work as well as the other reviews said but they arrived this evening and they are 100% worth the money. They are just as good as my glasses, without the feeling of glasses being pushed into my face thanks to the oculus headset. Would absolutely recommend to anyone

Cannot praise more highly!

Bought previous set (for Rift S) right at the start of Covid (and just in time to pre-empt Brexit complications) and - understandably - there was some delay in manufacture and despatch but was kept informed throughout.

Just upgraded to Reverb G2 and the ordered items were produced and delivered, from Germany to UK, within a week. Excellently packaged and they work perfectly.

Forget 5 stars....CAN I MAKE IT 10.

I am very happy with my Oculus 2 VR Lens. Surprisingly packaged! Extremely high quality look and feel. Not just boxed and sent - it appears a lot care went into both the making then sending of the product. The lenses slot on over the exiting lenses perfectly and securely with no slight gaps or wobble they fit seamlessly on to the device. The lenses are also very easy to pop on and off in a matter of seconds if you are with friends a sharing the headset. Delivery to UK was fast- around the time frame you would think it would take process your order, create your lenses then get them to the post office. I don't usually write such long reviews however once you receive your order you will understand why I thought they deserved a 5 star review thank you. I fear the only way you will not like this product is if YOU do not enter your correct or up to date lens prescription specifications. My opticians sent me my lens prescription details by post upon request (specsavers, they don't do email -lol) but they did not include Pupil Distance which is a question asked on the order form, this question delayed me from ordering as I had no idea how find out or know if I was even measuring correctly- and ALL the Pupil Distance Measuring Apps on Google Play Store cost money. I ended up looking in a mirror with a ruler and guessing by thinking - well that's around the 63mm default on the order form so I guess that's the general standard width ... so I just went with the preset 63mm Pupil Distance with my personal lens prescription -- I got lucky as they work perfectly for me.

I am always very wary of online dealings but what a great company. I thought the VR lenses would take several weeks to arrive but only took a week and great communication all the way. Very happy with my Lenses :)

I have complex astigmatism so never though I could find an insert that would work. A number of other companies said they were unable to help. Last night the inserts I ordered arrived from VR Optician. Basically they are superb. I have had to wear glasses all day everyday for 58 years and these enabled me to experience not wearing glasses once again. I can't praise them highly enough. Thank you.

The lenses they made arrived well within the timeframe they provided and work flawlessly - SO much more comfortable than having to cram my glasses in. I heard some complaints of loss of FOV, but I didn't notice it any more than with my glasses. Contacts might work better for those who can wear them, but I need strong prism lenses so I'm SUPER glad these were an option.

Very impressed with all round service from start to finish. Would highly recommend VR Optician they are number one for VR optics. Brilliant German tech. Best guys in the business. Had to get the prescription on my lenses changed since my number changed slightly, these guys did it for free, and plenty fast too. Splendid service. Would recommend.

Ordered the VR lenses clip-on back in November 2020 for oculus quest 2, due to all the COVID madnesses the parcel got lost and I ended up ordering an alternative from the US on Etsy. The one on Etsy also had very good reviews but after I got it I wasn’t happy with it due to the bulky setup and it was just uncomfortable. Then the lost package turned up mid of January and I have to say it’s worth every penny! Because it’s custom made just for oculus quest 2, it’s very thin (btw my prescription is around -4, -5 so usually the lenses gets pretty thick) and took 2 minutes to setup. It’s so comfortable and I am super happy it arrived at the end.

If you want a prescription VR lenses don’t look elsewhere, this is the best one.
