VR Optician Arvostelua 

Accustomed to almost immediate online purchases, you feel a little helpless after ordering, but today I received the lenses for PSVR2: fantastic, they also reduce the annoying reflections that I also saw when using contact lenses.
I have minimal IPD and they are not bothersome in the nose.
Highly recommended.

I recently purchased lenses with prescription for my VR headset and I am throughly satisfied with my purchase. The lenses fit perfectly onto the VR headset and do not significantly limit the field of view.

What impressed me the most was the fast delivery. I live in Germany and received the lenses within just two weeks. They even added a small snack in the box
The lenses arrived in a beautiful case which is great for storage and keeping them safe when not in use.

Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend these lenses to anyone who wears glasses and enjoys using VR headsets.

At first I was worried, because the whole process was done so fast, but when I got them today, I was very pleased with the results. Not only is my VR pin sharp now, the lenses are also really low profile, so you get a better field of view, contrary to other brands that will take up more space, thus narrowing your vision.

The whole process from making to shipping them only took a day, and the lenses arrived about a week after I ordered (Germany to Sweden).

I was unsure who to purchase VR lenses from, but I'm more than happy with my choice, and can definitely recommend VR Optician.

The lenses come in a very stirdy case (much like the ones you get with glasses, and the lenses are neatly packed into small fabric bags. Alongside the lenses, you also get a micro fiber cloth, and some alcohol tabs.

Fantastic product. Finally watching VR without my own glasses. Made a stupid mistake by myself with minus and plus but they solved it very quickly.

The lenses are made in Germany. I live in the US. The lenses and case (I ordered 2 sets) were mailed in a FedEx paper envelope. Both cases and sets of lenses were destroyed (FedEx's fault, ultimately), but I also fault VR Optician for mailing such fragile lenses in a paper envelope. Why not "splurge" and send the items in a box? The entire order will need to be redone.

Die Linsen wurden trotz Bestellung in der Vorweihnachtszeit sehr schnell versendet. Für den Preis ist auch Aufbewahrungsetui, Täschchen und Reiningungstücher mit dabei. Auf meiner HP Reverb G2 halten die Linsen sehr gut und es ist deutlich angenehmer als mit Brille. Mit dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Similar experience to many. Ordered on 27th November. It is now 17th December and tracking shows it as stuck in Germany. Have contacted support several times and they take no responsibility and say once DHL have it it is not their responsibility any more. I disagree! Please save your time and money and do not order from VR optician.

Great expirience, the delivery service screwed up but they assured me that they'd send me the order again asap. At the end I got it and everything was perfect and super high quality.

i ordered in 2022-06-11 and today is 2022-12-09
after my stuff got lost couple times they just told me that they will send the money back, and theres nothing came to my account so i emailed them, they said "is it possible that you used apple pay ?" i said yes i did. then they said "apple pay use virtual numbers which is not the same is your credit card, anyways we sent the money back from it source"
and thats how i got f**king scammed (:

anyway im going to report them least thing to do is to block their website from my country

I ordered two lenses for the Quest 2 so that I finally don't have to play with the glasses anymore and I'm super satisfied.

Very pleased for the first 2 months ,But now the lenses keep falling out of the frames clearly a design fault .Unable to make contact for help .Not fit for porpose !!!

Brilliant product and service - trying to fit my large varifocal glasses into the Rift S headset and having to wipe greasy marks off the lens regularly was tedious and frustrating. The lenses come in a nice little case with soft covers and are really simple to fit. They arrived as scheduled and work brilliantly - Skyrim has never looked so clear! :)

They made lenses fairly quick, sent it then it's the end of story for them.

-Your lenses are taking more than a month to depart the country and it's still stuck at the port?
They don't care.
-You sent them multiple emails looking for help?
Customer service non-existed.

No wonder there is no ETA when ordering the lenses.
My VR headset's manufacturer would have published the next gen headset by the time this order arrives I assume.

They are THE BEST prescription lenses for HP Reverb G2 you can get. Believe me, I ordered them and VR Wave ones and had a chance to compare both. Hands down VR Optician inserts are a winner.

1. They are plastic. That means they SNAP on unlike other brands made of silicon. They never pop off your headset. And the plastic they are made of is solid, not some cheap fragile one.

2. They are super clear and ordered from Zeiss glass manufacturer. You simply can't beat top notch European optician product. VR Wave for example ended up slightly blurry even though I provided the same vision numbers. The VR Optician are very CRISP.

3. Less glare. I'm serious, even though I didn't order any "anti-glare" coating, they legit reflect my eyes/glare less than VR Wave ones WITH "anti-glare" coating. Probably because of high quality Zeiss glass.

4. They are very affordable even with shipping from Germany all the way to TX.

5. They DO WORK with FrankenFOV mod even with a 6mm thin gasket pad. I have a wide face and I went extra mile to bring my eyes as close to lenses as possible. And I wasn't sure if these inserts will even work with FrankenFOV. But yes they do. In fact THEY STICK OUT LESS than VR Wave ones. My eye lashes do touch VR Waves inserts leaving smudges. This does not happen with VR Optician and I can enjoy them for hours.

6. They work right out of the box. It took my 3 weeks to get VR Wave ones to work as they popped off and I had to ask for replacement. VR Optician worked right away, snapped right on, made me happy I got them.

Good quality lenses, Arrived in a reasonable time considering I live on the other side of the world(Don't remember the exact time but it was quicker than Steam took to repair my scratched lenses from my glasses and I'm only 2 states away). Great customer service, Incredibly helpful

VR Optician was pretty quick, and my lenses came with a nice case. I didn't know what to expect, but these guys are excellent.

These guys are amazing! Was a bit unsure about ordering but the quality of the lenses are fantastic. And they came really quickly too. This makes such a difference to my VR experience! Am very happy with my purchase!

I've got really dodgy eyesight and thought I'd wasted my money buying a Quest 2. It was like looking into the fog.

I saw posts on Reddit about prescription lenses for the Quest and decided to order a pair from VR Optician in Germany.

They kept me informed all the way and the lenses have transformed my use of the Quest. I'm very pleased with both the lenses and the service I received from VR Optician.

Ordered and received within a week. Came with case, bags and cloths. So much more comfortable than wearing glasses in my headset. Highly recommend.
