Vova Arvostelua 

Never had a problem with Vova. Always received decent items n if they have got lost in the post always got a refund.
Do recommend

Vova never deliver they say deliverd but they deliver to another address ask the post office they say this company are scamming people do not order or you loose your money always pay by pay pal

ordered 5 items and only 3 arrived, I’ve contacted them several times to ask if there still arriving or am I due a refund . But they ignore your emails and still keep they money they are due you back, Please avoid this site they are utter RUBBISH
Do not buy from Vova

After I haven't received my package and refund for months last year I wrote this review under for vova on trustpilot, they answered and flagged me as spam! Beware of them as they will report you as scam if you write the truth with reviews on trust pilot.

Refund request 4th time
Since nobody from vova app on customer service or by email "service vova" won't answer me. I will write here directly!

I have 2 products that were supposed to arrive by 11th June
Product 1: 0403f6e2028003d8
Product 2: 0403f6e2028003d8
and haven't arrived.
After requesting a refund I was refused and told to wait more days.

I have made a complaint to vova service online to both products that were supposed to arrive on 23rd June and haven't heard back or received any refund or answer!

I want my refund, as this is not an acceptable behavior "silent service" that you are offering to your clients and my products have passed way more than the deadline on the App.

I wait to hear from you as soon as possible!

Very Very Bad Company. Total Waste Of Time..I placed numerous orders only for them to be cancelled time and time again...

Very Unreliable company. Goods are all fake with designer labels. Absolute joke don’t waste time and money please. Stay away and safe.

La spedizione LZ626331482CN del mio ordine risulta essere partita dalla Cina il 29/1/2021 e il 2/2/2021 sempre in Cina risulta “annullata”. Cosa vuol dire? Devo chiedere il rimborso o c’è ancora speranza?

Jeg har bestilt vare så mange gange og den bliver annulleret gang på gang. Det er fra forskellige butikker men bliver stadig annulleret igen og igen .

My experience with vova wasn't too bad until i wanted a refund . I no longer desire to be a customer. It is not worth the hassle.

This app has been so brilliant for me, I have bought over £200 worth of stuff over two years on there and I love all of it! And the best part for me is FREE SHIPPING!!!

Items took approx one month to arrive but good quality and fit for the price you pay. Happy with products and would recommend site to others.

Vova has been spot on every single time easily 20+ orders yeah they take 3 weeks to a month to arrive but exactly as described. Yeah the odd item may be little different but what do you expect when you pay next to nothing

Don't get surprise when you receive an EMPTY BOX and NO REFUND because the system shows your package has been delivered! That's all!

I’ve bought loads of things from vova.. some things worth it but some not so much. You can request a refund on items you are not happy with and depending on the complaint they will refund you.
Not everything gets delivered as it dose come a long way but that’s the chance you take but again you can get a refund.

I have been using vova for 2yrs now last month I ordered 5 items 4 came the 5th item came which was a empty package I uploaded a picture from Hermes delivery vova said the picture wasn't clear the package was flat unless the slippers is as flat as the package I'm going have vova down a fraud company
