Vova Arvostelua

This is absolutely scam website! I orderd different items in same day all shipped with vova fast shipping with same tracking number, while they where from different sellers! I was allready worrying about that and i was so right....they are all marked as received because vova marked all as shipped with same tracking number but i received only 1 item of them!!!!! Is this not fraud?? Yes they are absolutely fraud and scam. Advice to everyone never pay them with visa always use PayPal i have opend claim on PayPal and showed them all evidence as i could proof happy enough the fals tracking that they ad on all orders! Scam vova shame on you.

For every one, be cautious, don't buy anything from Vova. I have been fooled 4 times. I have ordered a 4 cell phone but received sunglasses. Now I have 3 sunglasses and one fake iPhone instead of 4 smart phone..Such a shame..they are fraudsters

I've bought lots on Vova and had a great experience all round. I've had a few items not delivered but they've been refunded straight away.

Never ever buy from this scammers site.
since last year VOVA let Chines Scammers to sell their products and you will end up with empty package plus your local royal mail will also charge you £12.70 to collect the empty package because it comes from China

If I could give a no star I would!! Absolutely disgusting! 3 times now I have ordered a mobile phone from vova and 3 times it never came. Got messages saying delivered and I’m like where!? So I contacted them and they say it’s at your local delivery office. So I drive up to see if it’s there. They put the tracking in and it’s been delivered somewhere 120 miles away from my location. So I emailed them numerous times to get the same stupid automated message saying refund application failure due to it been delivered at my local post office. When the actual address it’s been “delivered “ is miles away from me. Bottom line is you don’t get the item and they don’t stick to their own policy by saying if you don’t receive the item they refund you. Well guess what. I didn’t receive the item and I’m still trying to get my money back. It’s an absolute joke!

Received my items today and must say for the price am very pleased. At present i am awaiting orders but all past orders have been received promptly and I have been pleased.

Why all the bad reviews i thought vova was sick.my mate showed me 3 pairs of nike trainers and a tag watch he got from there and they were quality. He said thay he recieved some crappy raybans once but was refunded straight away no questions asked. ive ordered a few things and theyve turned up and i was happy with em. I ordered some beats headfones for 14 quid, theyre moody as u like but they sound amazing man i love em. Cant wait to get my armarni watch.

THIEVES.

ordered 2 x Nike men's shoes received sunglasses

Criminals.

YOU NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN YOU THIEVES

. It's a lovely App. Im just wondering why I didnt find it earlier. I have ordered at least sixteen items. Every one has come before it's due date. More than I expected the product to be. I have used 24hour chat and I was very satisfied with help I received right away. Very friendly. I see so many nice things you cannot get on some other online shopping sites. You don't get 100% of your money back after the first order arrives with any other shopping sites I have awarded company Vova, five stars. O, I almost forgot you can see the tracking from shipping to airline. They will give you a notice 3/5 days
on your mobile via text before it arrives.

040e48cc222ec35 ordine arrivato ma non a me !!! Richiedo rimborso perché l'indirizzo è stato scritto male dal venditore. Questa cosa mi è già capitata e non ho ricevuto rimborso ora lo pretendo

I bought a pair of trainers for my son promising him they would be a decent pair but when I received them they had an address written on the inside of both trainers of somewhere in America. The trainers were black and the writing was heated on in bright white. I posted pictures of them then was asked to post pictures of the packaging, which I still have, but was unable to upload them. A real scam and I'm out £25.

VOVA IS A 100% SCAM ONLINE STORE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT DELIVER YOUR ITEMS.
IF YOU ORDER AN ANDROID PHONE, THEY WILL SEND YOU A BLACK SUNGLASSES. ITS HELL TO GET A REFUND BACK FROM VOVA.
VOVA IS GRAND THIEF ON A MASSIVE SCALE. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE BY ANY MEANS AND THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED AND GET THEM OFF THE NET BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE. BIG TIME SCAMMERS AT LARGE.
DONE BE CAREFUL AND DONT USE IT. VERY BAD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE .

After reading the reviews on here and seeing how cheap the products were I was very dubious about ordering off the site but I ignored it and ordered numerous items. I cancelled a couple of items straight away as I read more reviews. I was refunded for the items within 2 days. The items I didn’t cancel I received and they was as described. I was happy. There was 1 order what was a pair of Chanel trainers for £22. The delivery was up to 6th November. The parcel came on Monday and it was a pair of Cheap Rayban sunglasses so I contacted Vova immediately and I had an email saying that I would hear back with 2 days. Yesterday I checked on the site and it stated that I had been refunded and will take up to 10 days. Today I’ve checked my credit card and surprisingly the refund is there. So even though I Have had this problem I will definitely order from Vova site again because I have had a good experience with them. I know it is frustrating when you wait for something and it comes and it’s the wrong item but they do refund you straight away. Also anyone ordering anything only order from that seller if they have good reviews. There is many sellers with no reviews they are the ones to AVOID. These are scammers. Sellers with good reviews seem to be genuine. I hope this helps.

ordered beautiful sun glasses and got a pair of mans cheap sunglasses instead then my second order of a coat never came yet they still redused to refund me! awful customer services

I love this app. I’ve brought off them a few times so far so good! I’ve had a lovely Calvin Klein underwear set, the quality is very good. I absolutely love my balenciagas and wear them everywhere. I will be buying again. Only problem is the delivery time :)

My wife & I bought 4 different items on separate occasions. We only got what was ordered the first time. The second order hadn't been shipped after 2 weeks so I cancelled. The other 2 we received items we didn't order that were of little or no value. The only plus to this experience was that we got refunds.

I ordered a 3 piece bag set and got a pair of sunglasses when I ask for refund I got refund failed. They said it was becausei received the parcel in good condition. I send picture of parcel with scan on it to show it was the parcel I received which was about 12 cm2 which wouldn't be big enough to post the bags in the order number was 0420bde770faeece and surprise surprise just received a 2nd pair of sunglasses from the same seller on vova this time I ordered a tracksuit the order number 04172644ab0998c0.

I was a bit sceptical about ordering from them because I ordered from other places and got something else.
But I went ahead with ordering from them and although it took a bit long my order came and I was happy with the product
One piece of advice don't order your exact size always go one or two sizes bigger especially when you are ordering clothing from them.
