Ordered a summer hat, received a winter scully. Soooooo disappointed!!! Still waiting for the rest of my order (2 months now!) NEVER AGAIN....

I use the vova app.
12 purchases.very impressed with constant dispatch information, even down to time of day delivery.
Items I'm impressed with , sunglasses, so far ,so good .Im very happy.

I have purchased items from Vova at least 7 times now. I am still waiting for some stuff but theyve always kept me updated where the product is and the time that it will take to be delivered.

I have ordered one top and the rest ive recieved was jewellery. The quality has been really good tbh.

I have always ordered from merchants that have reviews from customers with photos. Maybe this is why i havent got scammed. (Just a suggestion).

I will be ordering again from Vova as i have had all positive experiences so far.

Placed order on 26th February and never received, tracking doesn’t update and after waiting for weeks I received refund , wouldn’t recommend or order from again!

This company is a big SCAM!!! I ordered $200.00 worth of stuff and the tracking says delivered but I was home all day and nothing every came.. These Chinese ppl are crooks.. Do not spend any money with them.. you WILL NOT get your order and YOU WILL NOT get a REFUND.. Please use DH GATE instead.. I’ve been using them for years and they’re amazing. I wanted to try VOVA and I wish I hadn’t..

I purchased some shoes from this company on 8/2/21 that cost £14.93, they stated that I would get that cashback if I was a new customer and on my first order, I was both of these, I'm still waiting for that cashback. I have emailed them but this has done nothing. This is why I have titled my review scam company

It was very easy check out but my order has been on transit for a few days now

Satisfied about everything that I buy from VOVA! Clothes, shoes, toys, electronics are all good quality and perfect prices!

Do not buy anything expensive on vova, I've bought item which is 50£+ and received crap for 15£ and now they asking to return item back ??! There's no information where to send that crappy item, but if it's China it's cost around 40£ to send and yes vova don't cover return postage !!!
Piece of crap not webshop!

Used this company a few times now and I’ve been pleased with everything. The delivery time is a bit of a wait but they tell you that on the other hand I’ve had some things quite quickly. Brilliant when you can’t afford the real deal but still wana look like you can!

i wouldnt reccomend this site to anyone they never sent my item £40 down its a joke never got a refund either it needs to be took down

Amazing company! I usually get my deliveries early. Best selection at great prices. I recommend Vova to all my friends. Their last season factory clearance flash sales have the hottest fashion online. I filled my wardrobe shopping with Vova & I suggest you do too. My friends I would hangout with at the casinos would speak highly of this company & I am reluctant to now have the app on my iPhone 11. I bought my girlfriend & treated my friends gifts as well as making purchases for myself because I wanted to share the happiness I get from shopping with Vova.

Please please please DO NOT listen to any of the "satisfied" customers! If I can write a negative review on a whim after being scammed then all it takes is a few degenerates to compose a few positives to balence the books! . Please stay away from this company. If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. I feel pretty stupid as I feel I'm fairly savy, dont ever drop your guard lol

Send for me anther item and buy 14 pound for bag send plastic item

Mi sono sempre trovata bene, se non arriva la merce rimborsano, basta saper scegliere! Adoro vova!

BEWARE !! DONT SAY YOUR WERENT WARNED !! one of the worst sites out there you can see all the terrible reviews dint become another one . ok say we know its all replica and you have to order 2 sizes up but with vova half the time they dont send you anything, they put the same tracking no usually from a £1 item they have sent so it shows on tracking delivered then they can deny your refund vova will never ever refund you no matter what ALWAYS ALWAY ALWAYS PAY BY PAYPAL they seem to know all about them and will help you so dont get angry if you pay by card youve lost ur money

vova please do not contact me regarding this review your threats mean nothing and my review is fair

Gli articoli che ho ricevuto vanno bene e sono belli.
Per quanto riguarda le borse di marca, si fa fatica ad avere la spedizione

Never had a problem when ordering from Vova. Item I’ve brought from there have always been in great condition and have arrived wrapped well
