Vova Arvostelua 

Whilst i was away the goods i ordered were not delivered as noone was at home i received a message of vova stating that i needed to contact carrier to redeliver them. Though did not say who the carrier was. Within 10 minutes i received an email purportedly from hermes saying they had tried to deliver them & asking for bank details to cover redelivery charge. Complete scam but scary how scammers knew so quick about my details. Please be careful

This company sell great products at incredibly low prices, delivery is fast and secure. Highly recommended

I'm a uk citizen, I ordered from vova and was happy. I got 2 things, from different sellers. 1 was really great, 99% happy, the other the quality was not as great, 65% happy, but I cant complain. Great for the price and it came quickly too.

I purchased what looked not bad clothing items off there website till nearly 4 weeks passed and they were stuffed through the letter box
I opened to my amazement the garments were rubbish my dog could’ve made these better and the sizes well another joke it he next bit is in caps

NOW IF YOU HAVE PLENTY OF MONEY TO JUST THROW AWAY CARRY ON BUT BE WARNED THEY DONT REFUND YOU WILL HAVE LOST YOUR MONEY THE MINUTE YOU CLICK ORDER I EVEN PURCHASED THROUGH KLARNA AS A BIT OF PROTECTION AND EVEN THEY CANT HELP JUST AS BAD I THINK SO I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AVOID LIKE CORONAVIRUS

I have given them 5 stars because I honestly haven't had any problems at all. Items arrived much faster than expected, all were good quality and well packaged. They keep you up to date with shipping. I always read the product reviews carefully before ordering anything to be safe, because I'm always wary ordering from an App. There is a good loyalty reward scheme and bonuses, enough to make it interesting. So far so good, I couldn't fault them. Thank you.

Fake fake and FAKE AGAIN. POOR QUALITY

I purchased a i12 pro phone said it was a 24mp phone with a 13mp camera . On arrival I opened up the camera it definitely was not what the specifications said scammers it was like a 2mp to say the least. Then I logged into my gmail account that sent a alert to my iPhone where it said there has been critical warning to your email address as this app you used is not a genuine app. So what the Americans said about the Hawaii phones are definitely what they suspected suspicious and not genuine. Please avoid vova like the plaque they won’t give me my money back I’m out of pocket I’ve submitted a refund four times now sent pictures they still refuse. If it’s to good to be true it definitely is. Don’t bother get a legit phone don’t waste your money. Scamming robbers .

Bought 2 pair shorts and 1 top top never received shorts came in about 7 days quality rubbish and see through and no wear near the size ordered was devistated applied for money back said 3 days would get text about refund now 6 weeks later nothing never buy from these sites again cheap rubbish £25.00 out of pocket please read reviews before purchasing any items

vova advertises 12 garden lights and send one,they said i can get a refund,but after reading reviews thats a no no.scammers

I oredered shoes , and they came with total two different colors. I asked for a refund and they refused and said we are sure that what we send is true. I made a complain with a video to prove that I received different shoescolor and still got no answer. Bad App!

I ordered 2 Liverpool tops thay said that the tops have come but thay have not received I Tried to get a refund back But for the 2nd time That they have refused A refund To me. I think it bad customer service and no way to get my money back please say away for this site

Do not believe the advertising when they say you will be covered and receive a refund if your items don’t arrive it’s a lie they will do everything they can to keep the money. They tell you to contact your post office and obviously post office can’t do anything. They are nothing but scam artists and the products that do come are nothing like the pictures they are rubbish cheap and not even worth £1. You have been warned

This is the 2nd time vova said I have received my items when I have not, can I get a customer service person, can't even find customer service dept oh there automated service said give it until the 13th of July. You numpties are the ones saying I received it, get it sorted. I can't say to people to use this app or the company, one star from me

I tried to be positive about this company but they are completely crap! I’ve had two things turn up too small so far and it’s difficult to get a refund. One of them they completely refused to give my money back on. I have two more orders on the way. Paid for express shipping. That was two weeks ago. I’ve just seen today that they have only just left Hong Kong airport! Ridiculous!

Part order delivered, waiting on rest, refund for stuff that was immediately "out of stock" still hasn't shown. Refund waiting time advice from them.went from 24 to 18 to 30 days.....to do an instant transfer....shocking.

You are better off going down a dark alley pulling your pants down, bending over and waiting for the inevitable....the same thing will happen.....dry
