Third device was not initially a charm!
I recently purchased a third device from the company and this one was defective. The other two performed flawlessly, one of which I gave as a gift to another friend. Based on the previous experience I purchased a third one and this one did not operate efficiently. I contacted Customer Service, provided a video of my issue and they are sending me a new device. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I realize things can happen due to mass production but I appreciate the quick response. One thing I would like to point out is I thought this product was made in the US, but just like everything else in came from China. I wish there was more transparency around this detail especially on the website. I am not opposed to buying things from china as this is where the "majority" of our products come from.

On the transparency side: you’re right, these are manufactured in Asia, like most tools in this category. Rv space-saving at its POWERFUL finest
Disclosure: I received this product as part of a collaboration. The blower ROCKED right out of the box, and fit the battery as stated. As a full-time RVer, this COMPACT blower is SO MUCH BETTER than the typical bulky blowers! It fits in your hand just like a drill, and is super lightweight. SOOOO many uses around the campsite.

Light weight and porwerful
At first, I judged it by its size. I didn’t expect it to be that powerful. But I was actually surprised by how strong it is.
It’s super lightweight, which makes it really easy to use, and I’ve been reaching for it for pretty much everything. Definitely one of those products that ends up being more useful than you expect.

Powerhouse Blower
Disclosure: I received this product as part of a collaboration. This little powerhouse of a blower far exceeded my expectations. My old blower is huge, requires gasoline, hard to start (pull start), and vibrates my whole body. This blower is very small, trigger start, and almost no vibration. The power of the blower is incredible, what took my old blower minutes to do, is done in seconds. I even had all my family members try it out and every one of them was SHOCKED at the amount of power in this little tool. If you want to save yourself time and space, this is the blower you need.

I ordered two blowers from vortex, but as soon as I’d payed I realised I’d ordered one wrong (Dewalt battery not Makita) I contact their customer service department and got an immediate reply from Diane, she sorted my mistake straight away and made sure I got the two correct units, great service, Diane was very efficient and friendly, a pleasure to deal with thank you.

This thing blows….
Customer service from this company is excellent on top of having a very good product. I was a little skeptical at first because I had bought one of these that was similar, but really did not have a lot of blow power… This one was like double the power of the last one I had. I can literally blow out my garage, porches, my shop… And still have plenty of battery left. I love the fact that I can use my DeWalt batteries with it. I didn’t have to get a special battery or a special charger. Having tried other brands. I can honestly say this one as far as superior, and although it doesn’t make sense to say it… It really blows.

Charles, this is the exact arc we see over and over: tried a similar blower that was weak, came in skeptical, then surprised at how hard this one hits. I did quite a bit of research when I was looking for a small blower. After looking at several different units I decided to go with Vortexhaus because it seemed like the best choice for me. Indeed I was very happy with the Vortex but had an issue with it after a few uses. I contacted the company and within a few day I received a replacement.
