Very quick response to my email. KAMVA rang to say what she had done to resolve my issues. She was extremely polite, friendly and explained everything perfectly. Fantastic customer service

Telephoned to sort out recontracting with Voneus after 2 years of excellent and more importantly, trouble free service. Naomi talked me through everything and I appreciated her smooth, friendly and efficient service. 👍

Credit where credit is due: the installation and service has been excellent. Charles was my telesales contact, and he was totally on it for everything. Prompt and informative answers, every time. My home is unorthodox construction so installation took a bit of planning. That went well, and on installation day the engineers (Tyler and Jack) were efficient and cooperative in getting it done in exactly the way that was planned and needed. Couldn't fault it. And a month in, the service has been great too - enjoying a 30-times increase in upload speed compared to my old VDSL FTTP line! And ironically it was more faff getting Openreach to take away my old copper line than it was to get Voneus to install my new fibre line. Very pleased. Top marks, guys.

Brandon was excellent and sorted out my Router problems today.

John Coleman, the customer service adviser called me the day after initial online set up. He was very friendly and efficient, helping get things set up quickly and efficiently. Very grateful.

Kamva was very polite and was able to arrange a booster for my property.

Great for the first 18 months but recently losing connection several times each day. Unable so far to reach resolution with Voneus despite them restarting the router.

Yolanda was so patient and went through all the steps to get me back on line and reset the WiFi names and codes. Excellent service

Have been having problems since installation, I wish I had got Brandon the first time I asked for help.He sorted all the problems out and the mesh kits.For the first time since installation ( 6 weeks ago ) everything is now working 100 %.Thanks Brandon

I couldn’t make or receive calls on my landline. I spoke to a delightful man called Andrew, who advised me what to try and that he would call me back to check if I had been successful. I followed his instructions - the rookie mistake of not turning things off then on again!!!- and he returned my call exactly as promised. He clarified why the issue had occurred and was polite and patient throughout both calls. Impeccable customer service! Thank you Andrew.

Developed an error with my fibre connection. Called Voneus support and Kamva popped up to support my issue. Kamva worked through the issues which I'd compounded by adding a second router. Eventually she redeployed my ONT which resolved the problem. In all it took less than 30mins to resolve. Greatest work carried out by the support team 👍🏼
