I rang today with a problem and the call was picked up by Kanya, who was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel at easy with his instructions of what I was required to do at my end so he could rectify the WiFi problem. Thank you Kanya for your help it was much appreciated.

We have had Voneus for two years now. It's been great but, on a Saturday morning, we suddenly had no internet. Called Voneus customer service and get through to a very helpful lady named Naomi. Explained the issue and she agreed to call later that afternoon when I was home from work. As agreed, she called and we went through some troubleshooting. She identified, from the lights on the router and on the ONT box, that there may be a damaged ethernet cable. I wasn't sure this was the case but she insisted it was and agreed to send an engineer out. The next day, I checked the cables with a cable tester and, sure enough, she was right! It seemed that one of our cables had a fault and, once it was replaced, everything was perfect. Spoke with the engineer team on the Monday and cancelled the visit and Naomi called back to confirm everything was perfect before closing the case. Naomi was really helpful and knew her stuff! Thanks so much!

Good Communication arrived when they said pleasant and efficient at in stalling.

Very swift and easy and install carried up by engineers Jack and tyler. Great service all round superfast broadband without any issues at all from our initial inquiry to install it it has been perfect

Keep losing my Wi-Fi
Yet another company with plenty to say about there product but actually unable to provide even a mediocre service!!!!

Wow great service so far messed about by my current provider just moved to my new property and was recommended by new neighbours to try Voneus.
Rang to enquire and straight away call answered and dealt with very professionally by John Coleman who was able to sign me up and book an installation almost instantly.

Very pleased with the installation in particular. The team did it just as I requested making it un- noticeable. Best package price I could find with the telephone package included. Speed and coverage are excellent. Particularly impressed by the fact there are no increases in price over the contract period. Overall, excellent.

we spoke to JAMES to help us get connected to our television.it took a long time to get sorted but James did it for us. he had lots of patience and was very professional in the process of connecting our tv to the broadband. a big thank you to you James.

I’ve been with voneus for about a year and half and have had zero issues up until recently. We had lost our broadband for a few days due to an external issue however Brandon from the support team wasted no time in getting an engineer sent out and our issue was fixed within 1 working day! Brandon was very meticulous with his investigation and carried out multiple tests which allowed us to troubleshoot the issue and find the root cause.

Absolute 10/10 support, cannot recommend enough!
