Excellent customer service overall

Excellent customer service overall. Very prompt, professional and carried out by a genuine person. Robert assisted me with every question I had and was very helpful in explaining the process. Some of these third party booking websites can be concerning, but I was very happy with these guys and the service I received. Everything is above board.

Flight booking support

I booked a long haul flight then Robert contacted me through WhatsApp. I picked my seats and he answered my questions. Robert made it clear he’s available for anything else I may need assistance with. Great customer service

I've booked flights b4 and when you…

I've booked flights b4 and when you book them you worry about its legitimacy but with this company a Mr Travies rang me about an hour later to confirm the booking so really appreciated the call and got the peace of mind.

Great customer service…

Great customer service….
I booked a flight but the price changed as I authorised the card payment…
I rang the travel agent, and declined to pay the increased price…
Travies, the agent then rang me back, offered a small discount and stayed on the phone with me while the transaction completed. I saved £700 booking with them for the exact same Virgin Atlantic flight !!
