Used them now for 3 flights, and everything been going well. No issues with any of the flights, though. But always got an airline reference # and was able to check in online, except for The Philippines where they always seem to hinder people from online checkins. Will try my first hotel through Travala in about a week or so, let's see how we go :)

Issues trying to cancel
I selected a room in Oregon, and it took me to South Dakota without me noticing until after I booked the room. Tried calling to cancel and they could not help me. told me to call on one certain day at a certain time to talk to the only person that may be able to help me. This is not good customer service and very inconvenient.

I got great deals on Travala. Also, when I cancelled a booking, I thought there was a delay in processing my refund. To my surprise, I got the refund within 7 days after the cancellation. The company truly deserves a 5 star rating!

Charmfull attention but no solution
Zingi, Blanka, Noni & Nick were very kind attending my problem. But they could not solve it. They deliver it to different areas and I still have no answer. We are talking about a simple refund of 50 credits caused by a internal credit buy in your platform. Please I need to confirm reservation... I´m loosing money with your delay.
Finally the problem was complete solved. All Travala’s staff work hard to get my credits refundes and I could finally confirm my reservation. Problems occur but it they act imediatelly to go trough it in an acceptable time. Thank you all!
