****PLEASE Please Avoid this Company and do not part with your money.
I ordered a Trench Coat reduced to £29.99. It took a while to arrive and although the website looks to be in London it's not its in China.
The coat arrived eventually ....it would fit a child and is made of a felt material. Not fit for purpose and nothing like the picture on the website .
So far I have been offered a 20% refund and keep the coat 🤣 or a 50% credit note to purchase more rubbish from their website .No thanks
Wrangling to get a full refund at moment and will now try chargeback through bank as paid gor on debit card. Wish it had been credit card.

Do not buy from here.
I bought a pair of shoes. When they arrived they looked quite different to the photo online (they were actually stripy!) I immediately sought to return them. The returns policy suggests everything will be easy but it was awful. Their policy states you return to the closest shipping point and there is a UK based contact address, but Vntura requires all returns to China, which is very expensive. They appear to do this deliberately to try to save themselves the cost of a full refund because there were several ‘offers’ of tiny partial refunds for 10%, 20% etc or store credit in the hope I would choose not to go through with the return. The offers were insulting and in bad faith, so I chose to persevere with the return to China. After paying the high return delivery cost, the goods reached customs in China and then Vntura sought to deduct the customs duty from the refund as well! (They can claim relief for the customs duty so this is completely illegitimate.) Please never buy from this seller. They don’t deserve your business. Find a reputable retailer instead.

I ordered 4 of the unisex fleece hoodies, on the impression and understanding they’d be good quality and nice to wear. I ordered one for myself and the other 3 for family members for a Christmas present.

Well I waited 4 weeks for them to come sooner than I asked for a cancellation and refund. They weee terrible to deal with, I got a simple bot written generated email and nothing more several times. Anyway they have somehow arrived despite being returned on the update and I can tell you now they’re nothing like the pictures or descriptions, they’re smaller, no fluffy fleece, poor quality materials for the price just overall crap quality!

Really disappointed and would not recommend anyone buy this or from this company at all based on their emails, no empathy no understanding just downright laziness. Never again!

I’ve contemplated returning them but I know it’s going to be hassle and I won’t get anywhere so don’t waste your money or time with this company.

I placed an order, my card was charged that same day and now there is no order found and not one reply to the emails I have sent them! Definitely feels like I have been scammed! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!

I did finally receive a response and I did receive my order.

Just received my gorgeous dress…. A lot better quality than I was expecting for the price but it’s perfect for my nieces summer wedding, I have given 4 because it took a while to get here but is worth the wait.

shirt looks alright, style simple. fabric lighter than i wanted, feels kinda cheap for the price. support was nice when i asked about returns. delivery was fine, packed okay. not the worst but not great either.

I’ve read other reviews the same and fully agree! AVOID like the plague!!!!!!!!

Still not received a refund for a top that came small, could easily fit a child - had no idea they we based in China and not London as website states!

No refund as of yet and if you send it back to China address they tell you if it never gets there then you won’t get a refund !!!

If you are UK based avoid!!!!!!!

Don’t believe the fake 5 star reviews. Chinese company selling poor quality clothes which you have to return to China for a refund but they never receive them. Save your money, you have been warned.

Avoid this company like the plague, it’s taken me 8 weeks to get a full refund..
If anyone else is reading this who’s struggling to get a refund, go directly to your bank, they’ve got me a refund after multiple emails and letters stating the consumer act..

DODGY COMPANY !!!

I would advise against ordering from this company. It appears to be a London based business but is in fact in China and it is impossible to return items if they’re not right. The most you’ll receive is 30% of the value of the order and that’s after lots of extremely frustrating emails.

I ordered a waterproof raincoat and it took 2+weeks to arrive. When it did finally arrive, it wasn’t at all like the picture on the site. It was supposed to be stone colour and waterproof. It was a brown/grey and the fabric was not waterproof. Also the stitching around the buttonholes was very poor.

I emailed Vntura to advise that I wanted to return the item. Vntura responded with an
offer of 10% refund and keep the coat or 50% voucher for their site. They also said that if I wanted to return it I would have to pay the cost. I explained that I didn’t want the coat and shouldn’t have to pay to return it as it was not fit for purpose.

I was then offered 20% refund or 70% voucher. I wrote back reiterating that the item was not fit for purpose and advised that I would be contacting Trading Standards.
I have today received a further email offering a 30% refund or 100% voucher. It was further explained that the company had costs that needed to be covered so they couldn’t allow me to return the item for free. Is that MY concern??
What has happened to the concept of customer service?

The company is based in Guangdong Province in China

Awful !! Impossible to return the item ! I bough boots for £150 that were supposedly be leather and from company with the address in London .
3 weeks later the boots arrived , bulky not leather and not nice . I staring away asked how I can return .. no answer or finally an offer of buying another pair for £19.99 !!!!

I’ll be reporting them to the citizens consumer rights !

I had a couple of questions about the bag I was looking at so I emailed and had a very quick and thorough response from Nikki, thank you very much. Such a nice change to be able to get service like that. My bag arrived quickly and was exactIy as described. I will definitely use this site again.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Terrible company. I ordered 2 jackets which are really poorly made, the fit is completely wrong and not as pictured on the website. When I went to return them I was told I have to return them to their warehouse in China. The London address is a cover - nobody there. Lots of emails back and forth by someone called "Nikki" who is clearly using Chat GPT. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I believe the positive reviews on here are being written by Vntura themselves. Dreadful clothes and dreadful customer service. I am hoping my bank will be able to claim my money back and I would love to report this company to Trading Standards.
