Just had a car delivered by V Mobility. Punctual, professional and friendly. The delivery driver was great, super friendly and a great shop window for any company.

A Great Company

The process and service we recieved was outstanding every step of the way. The staff who looked after us were friendly and the car we recieved was in perfect condition too!

I would highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Jeff…

I had a great experience with Jeff Joseph from the Mobility Group this morning. Despite the M25 being closed, Jeff arrived promptly and right on time, which was impressive given the circumstances.

He took the time to go over the car thoroughly with me, pointing out any marks or dents to make sure I was aware of any pre-existing damage before taking the car. This attention to detail gave me confidence and peace of mind.

Jeff also kindly had the keys ready, making the handover quick and easy. While the mileage and fuel levels weren’t recorded at the time, I believe Jeff is a genuine and trustworthy professional, and I’m confident that everything will be recorded accurately.

Overall, Jeff was polite, professional, and helpful — a great representative of the Mobility Group.

My worst experience with this company

My worst experience with this company. For two fines in London in one day they charge me 96 pound extra for admin fees and tax. I feel this is very unfair.

GO SAM!!

i was put in touch with Samantha Knowles, AKA Sam, from the beginning and she walked me through all the steps i needed to know R.E. getting my car fixed and receiving a courtesy car. from A-Z she was amazing & is the only reason i am writing this review.

the lack of the 5th star was due to me not getting my hire vehicle at the time agreed upon nor being updated about it. i later found out that the man dealing with it had been admitted to hospital.

excellent customer service

vMobility were quick and efficient in arranging my vehicle repairs under an insurance claim. When I encountered problems with one garage they very promptly changed provider.
