V mobility review

Based on my personal experience working with this company, I would strongly encourage customers to be very cautious before using their services.

In my experience, a £1 booking fee is taken which is non-refundable, and customers may be charged for fuel shortages or vehicle damage that they may dispute. Card details are stored and payments can be processed automatically, which can result in customers needing to raise disputes.

I found there to be no clear or effective complaints process, and call backs promised by management were often not received. Customers may be asked to wait in for vehicle delivery within a set time slot, but delays or missed deliveries can occur without clear communication. In some cases, vehicles provided appeared to be of a lower class than the customer’s own vehicle while higher rates were still applied.

From what I observed, vehicles could be collected with limited notice, and customers may feel pressured regarding collection arrangements. I would strongly recommend reading the terms and conditions very carefully before signing, particularly regarding the excess, which may range between £750–£1500 rather than a fixed amount.

If an accident occurs in a replacement vehicle, the process to recover the vehicle and arrange a replacement may be slow and stressful based on my experience.

The company appears to operate through third-party arrangements. Customers should confirm directly with their insurance provider that this company has been instructed before agreeing to use them.

This is my personal experience and opinion. I would advise others to fully research and consider alternative providers before proceeding.

Darren Lewis delivered my courtesy car for me. He was polite and professional he communicated with me to allow me notice of his arrival. Very nice gentleman

Jeff Joseph was so kind, I had a serious accident the day before and was very nervous. But he was calm and showed me the car. I am grateful for his kindness.

Jeff delivered a very clean car to me on time and was very happy to go round the car with me to check all was good which made the hand over nice and easy.

Jeff was really friendly and polite and he explained the process in full. The car is very high quality and clean throughout. Jeff walked me thorough a check of the vehicles condition and milage before hand over. Very pleasant and stress free experience.

Used this company via insurance as a bus had crashed into me. V Mobility were very helpful in explaining the whole process & were easy to get hold of when needed to.

This review is for the driver who delivered my car. Thank you Darren. In the morning at 10:30 he texted me that between 12:00 and 13:00 he would arrive at our address, a little after 12 o'clock he arrived. A very respectful man. Thank you Darren, all the best!

Darren Lewis was very polite and helpful with the signing over of the car, pointed out a couple of defects with the vehicle before dropping off which is much appreciated.

Very poor experience with vMobility Group.

They failed to engage with a legitimate dispute and instead tried to charge me for a PCN incurred by their own third-party delivery driver, even though I was not the driver or in control of the vehicle.

This relates to reference VMG-54949 (PCN IO42546226).

Rather than correcting their records, they defaulted to adding a £40 + VAT administration fee with no meaningful response. No accountability, no proper customer service — just automated charges. Proceed with caution
