Ich habe mein Vivo X300 Pro im Januar 2026 direkt nach dem Release vorbestellt. Nach nur sechs Monaten Nutzung hängt das Gerät nun im Bootloop und ist somit unbrauchbar.

Ich habe das Gerät ordnungsgemäß über die offizielle Homepage zur Reparatur eingeschickt. Seitdem herrscht Stillstand: Der Reparaturservice verweigert die Bearbeitung ohne Rechnung – eine Rechnung, die mir seit dem Kauf weder digital noch schriftlich zugestellt wurde.

Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice erhalte ich keine Unterstützung und keine Zusendung des Kaufbelegs. Es ist frustrierend, dass man trotz Garantieanspruchs auf einem defekten Gerät sitzen bleibt, weil der Support nicht in der Lage ist, eine einfache Rechnungs-Kopie bereitzustellen. Ich erwarte eine kurzfristige Klärung und Zusendung meiner Unterlagen, damit die Reparatur endlich durchgeführt werden kann.

J’ai acheté chez eux une paire de sandales barefoot à un prix exorbitant, et au bout d’une semaine seulement, elles commençaient déjà à se décoller !

J’ai tenté de les faire réparer, mais le résultat a été exactement le même. Ils vendent ces sandales très cher sous prétexte qu’elles sont produites pour soutenir un peuple premier, mais honnêtement, c’est une honte.

Pour rappel, 130 € pour une paire de sandales barefoot qui devient inutilisable au bout d’une semaine, c’est tout simplement inacceptable.

Vivo customer care service some bit good but vivo product service is so bad.
I have purchased a vivo v70 in april 2026
Before 3 days I was using my phone. I found a dot on left side bottom.
I visited the customer care. They told me that there is no any mark on phone but they not sure why screen has this dot.
Few minutes later my phone screen totally blanck.
They told me that we are trying for warrenty But in the end, instead of replacing the screen, they handed me a hefty bill.
This is my suggestion Please do not purchase vivo v70

Smartphone direkt bei vivo gekauft und fristgerecht widerrufen. Seitdem ein einziger Albtraum: Das Retourenportal über Global-e ist fehlerhaft, versprochene Etiketten kamen nie und der Link ist abgelaufen.

Die Hotline vertröstet seit Wochen und gibt offen ein massives Problem zu, von dem auch andere Kunden betroffen sind. Auf eigene Faust abschicken darf ich das Gerät nicht, da es nicht zugeordnet werden könnte. Selbst meine Zusage, die Versandkosten einfach selbst zu zahlen, bringt nichts – vivo kann mir aktuell weder eine Adresse noch ein funktionierendes Label bereitstellen.

Das teure Smartphone liegt schon wochenlang Versandbereit wegen logistischem Versagen bei mir rum - inakzeptabel. Wenn nicht umgehend eine Lösung gefunden wird, schalte ich den Verbraucherschutz ein!

Ein Fall für den Staatsanwalt. Die VBF Tech Austria GmbH (Betreiberin des Vivo E-Shops) verstößt gegen die gesetzlichen Vorgaben zum 14-tägigen Widerrufrecht. Der Service reagiert, wenn überhaupt, erst nach Ewigkeiten. Um Rückzahlungen zu erhalten brauchen Sie einen Rechtanwalt. Machen Sie einen großen Bogen um diese Firma.

Qualität Handy sehr gut, aber ich würde nicht wieder kaufen, weil der Service unverschämt schlecht ist. So kann manit seinen Kunden nicht umgehen!
Wenn es nicht bald in Deutschland einen vernünftigen Vivo-Service gibt heißt das für mich : Nie wieder Vivo!!!

Die Ware kommt - anders als es der Firmenname vermuten lässt - nicht aus Hamburg, sondern aus Asien. Die Lieferzeiten betragen mehrere Wochen und man kann Artikel nur auf eigene Kosten inkl. Zollformalitäten zurücksenden, wenn man 100 % des Kaufbetrages zurückerhalten möchte. Ansonsten bietet das Unternehmen 10 % Erstattung oder 50 % des Kaufbetrages als Gutschein an. Ein irreführendes Unternehmen, das noch dazu nicht gerade umweltfreundlich wirtschaftet.

I am very upset by the way the clinician handled my treatments. No. 1: no measurements were taken . 2: i was not given a receipt for 200 pounds as I paid in cash. 3. Every time the clinician lured me with different techniques to pay in advance such as hyfu. 4. The clinician could not fit the fat freezing equipment properly to my body parts. 5. i also gave an advance to do a full body hyfu. I was never contacted. My sincere recommendation would be : not to avail the fat freezing from VIVO. Initially i did not name the clinician in my first review. Gemma was my clinician. I am very upset as I do not see any changes in my body. I did three sessions and 8 weeks have passed . and I am sad to say it did not work. Gemma is a very sweet person who is always in a hurry. I feel she needs more training.

Die Lieferung hat schon ewig gedauert, man bekam nirgend s bei Vivo Service Infos darüber, bei der Rückgabe des Hadys innerhalb der ersten 2 Woche musste man einen Code eingeben, der war aber falsch, wieder versucht, Service zu kontaktieren, wieder keine Antwort, hab jetzt das Paket anders zurück gesendet, laut DHL angekommen, keine Rückmeldung darüber von Vivo, bin gespannt, ob ich das Geld je zurück bekomme. Sogar eine vom Telefon Service sagte, dass es bei Vivo Service sehr schlecht ist, sie hört auch auf, dort zu arbeiten....
Also, Finger weg dort zu bestellen

Ich habe insgesamt drei Bestellungen beim Vivo Official Store aufgegeben und den Widerruf fristgerecht innerhalb der gesetzlichen Frist per E-Mail erklärt.
Trotzdem zieht sich die Rückabwicklung seit Wochen ohne echte Lösung hin. Obwohl mir zwischenzeitlich schriftlich bestätigt wurde, dass mein Widerruf akzeptiert ist, habe ich bis heute kein Retourenlabel erhalten. Statt klarer Abwicklung gibt es widersprüchliche Aussagen und automatisierte Systemmeldungen.

Auch über den Zahlungsdienstleister Global-e sowie über Klarna konnte bisher keine Lösung erreicht werden. Die Situation wirkt insgesamt sehr unkoordiniert und für Kunden unnötig kompliziert.

In meinem Fall habe ich inzwischen den Verbraucherschutz eingeschaltet, da auch andere Kunden ähnliche Probleme mit fehlenden Rückerstattungen und Retourenlabels melden. Zusätzlich ziehe ich mittlerweile auch rechtliche Schritte bzw. einen Anwalt über meine Rechtsschutzversicherung in Betracht, da anders keine Lösung absehbar ist.
Auch PayPal hat meinen Fall abgelehnt mit dem Hinweis, dass kein Käuferschutz in diesem Fall greift und ich mich direkt an den Verbraucherschutz bzw. rechtliche Stellen wenden soll.

Positiv ist lediglich, dass der Support grundsätzlich reagiert, jedoch führt dies bisher zu keiner tatsächlichen Klärung oder Rückabwicklung.

Ich hoffe, dass Vivo die Prozesse dringend verbessert und Kunden ihre gesetzlichen Rechte künftig ohne solche Schwierigkeiten durchsetzen können.

Vivo makes very good cameras in their vivo ultra phones but I recently ordered their new vivo watch 3 and it has only a camera trigger without a viewfinder, which is ridiculous!!!! If they are able to make such a good phone cameras, is it a problem to make a good watch that would work as a finder for camera images and video???????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their watch doesn't even have a reminder and costs £150. That is ridiculous. It shouldn't cost more than £50!!! Huawei watches are much better and cost much less. I am going to sell Vivo phones and get Xiaomi 17 ultra because their new watch includes finder. By Vivo.

Ich hatte einen Pullover bestellt in der Farbe beige aber es kam weiß das hätte ich ja noch akzeptiert nur die Größe war nicht in Ordnung der fällt für die Größe L viel zu klein aus, es war ja nicht mal eine Größen Angabe noch eine Pflege Anweisung also kein einziges Etikett im Pullover .
Also wollte ich ihn zurück schicken nur das ganze sollte mich dann 50 Euro kosten weil sie mir kein Rücksende Etikett zu Verfügung stellen.
Ich hatte hätte ja noch 10 Euro akzeptiert aber 50 Euro für 450g Kleidung ist wohl etwas übertrieben.
Also nicht zu empfehlen bei VIVO Hamburg zukaufen

Vivo company is a very ruthless company no one should trust this company it can't help you they will show you that you have connected with the wrong company and got cheated which is a fraud that happened to me

I've been using the Vivo X300 Pro Chinese ROM model for a good few weeks now, and I have to say, I'm really chuffed with it. It's one of those phones that just feels a cut above from the moment you start using it.

First off, it feels lovely in the hand. It's surprisingly slim and light, but still feels really solid and well-made. You get all the usual bits in the box, including a case and a super fast charger. Just a heads up, the plug is for Chinese sockets, so you'll need an adapter.

Performance and speed - this is where it blows you away. It has a massive 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, which sounds like overkill until you use it. Nothing ever stutters or slows down. You can flip between loads of apps, have loads of browser tabs open, and play the most demanding games, all without it breaking a sweat. It's just effortlessly quick.

The camera system, which they made with Zeiss, is honestly brilliant. I still can't quite believe how they fit such good camera tech into a phone this thin.

* The main and wide angle lenses take really sharp, colourful photos in pretty much any light.
* The portrait mode is fantastic. It blurs the background in a really natural, pleasing way that makes people pop in the photo.
* The best bit is the periscope zoom lens. You can take proper close-up shots of things far away, and they stay really detailed. It's a game-changer.

The screen is a big, beautiful AMOLED that's super smooth to scroll on. Watching videos on it is a real treat. The speakers are great too, nice and loud for watching things without headphones.

Battery life has been absolutely spot on for me. I'm a fairly heavy user, and it gets me through a full day with no problems at all. And when it does run low, that super fast charger is a lifesaver. It goes from nearly dead to fully charged in about the time it takes to make a brew and drink it.

My model has the Chinese software, and I think a lot of people get the wrong idea about this. Let me clear a few things up from my experience.

It took me about few seconds to get the Google Play Store. Once that was done, I've had zero problems. All my normal apps work perfectly, including YouTube, Waze, Google maps, Google Docs, my bank app, WhatsApp, and everything else. And crucially, all my notifications come through instantly and reliably. I haven't missed a single message or alert.

If you're after a proper top-end phone that does everything brilliantly, you should seriously consider this one. The performance is fantastic, the camera is genuinely professional-grade, and the battery life is rock solid. Once you get past the very simple initial setup for the software, you're left with what is easily one of the best phones you can buy right now. It's a brilliant piece of kit.
