First time Cruiser
I have recently booked a magnificent holiday to see Niagara Falls visit New York then take a five nights Caribbean cruise with Viva Cruise from Miami on the Carnival Princess .
This will be my first cruise and Kritika the sales representative who answered my call was absolutely excellent , answering my every question with her vast knowledge, even staying on the phone to guide me through the e mail confirmation process and ensuring I was happy with every aspect of the itinerary.

San Fran/LA and Mexican Cruise - 2025 booking
We used Viva Cruise last year - 2023 for an amazing holiday to NY/ Niagra Falls and Cruise and when looking to book for a holiday next year 2025 - San Francisco / LA and Mexican Cruise - we thought we'd start our search using the wonderful service of Viva Cruise again!
Vaibhav picked up our request which we sent online and he was brilliant! He listened to all our requirements - including Direct Flights and whereabouts we wanted our cabin to be on the cruise. He even booked excursion tickets for us too - for Alcatraz and a Hop on / Hop Off sightseeing bus. This is perfect as my husband has Always wanted to see Alcatraz!
Vaibhav was so professional, extremely polite and so patient - guiding me through the planned itinerary and making changes where needed. Thank you so much Vaibhav - you are a credit to Viva Cruise and make people like us want to use your services. We cannot wait to enjoy our holiday now - Thank you for booking it for us!

Outstanding customer service from Kritika
I have been looking for cruise and stay package for a while now, I finally found one at a great price with Viva Holidays, I dealt with Kritika who was absolutely outstanding! Nothing was too much hassle for her, she checked and answered all the questions I had! She was extremely polite and knowledgeable! She is a credit to the company and I would highly recommend you ask for Kritoka if you are booking with Viva Holidays, you won't be disappointed in the service you receive when dealing with her 😀

At the moment it is less than one star
At the moment it is less than one star. We booked our package holiday to Orlando and Bahamas cruise for April 2025 at the beginning of March this year. We paid our deposits and received confirmation of the booking. Then in May this year we received final confirmation invoice stating that flight tickets will be issued 14 days before departure. After chasing them for nearly 2 months for the flight details (before we arranged our Disney tickets) we have been told last night that they haven’t booked the flights yet for us, due to the price of the flights being more than they anticipated when they calculated our package for us. They have asked us to give them until tomorrow to sort out our flights and they have said that they may need to cancel our holiday as a result!
They have confirmed our holiday twice so why would they cancel our holiday?!
I’m willing to amend my review if they can provide better customer service and sort out our pre-confirmed holiday without cancelling it.

In light of this rare occurrence, as agreed with you we have already initiated a refund for your deposit as a token of our commitment to customer satisfaction. Please accept our deepest apologies once again for the inconvenience caused.
