Exemplary Customer Service
I cannot complement the company enough. Kritika was extremely patient and helpful organising our holiday to the West Coast of American with a stay and cruise in Hawaii. Kritika replied to amendments almost immediately (and their where a few).
Best of all the price of the holiday was extremely competitive

Customer service failed to respond after initial enquiry
I phoned in with an enquiry...all seemed swimmingly well with a good friendly chat with Kritika who seemed enthusaistic to help. Details of the package were emailed through as expected. I did email to thank her. After a week, I followed this up with some questions and further queries but heard nothing. Giving the benefit of the doubt,I emailed again. It's been over 3 weeks since my initial query and there has been no response whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed that Viva Cruise has failed to follow this up as it seems customer service cannot be offered even at this stage of the sales process.

I had seen a package that included a short stay in San Francisco and a Hawaiian Cruise. When I enquired about the possibility of extending our stay, the Agent was very helpful in accommodating our request and being flexible when it came to tweaking the dates, length of stay, type of accommodation and location.

We contacted Viva Cruise when we saw a great trip advertised visiting American cities and Mexican cruise and we spoke to Ron who was very helpful. We booked Niagara Falls, NYC and New England cruise with Viva Holidays, paid a great price. They upgraded hotels and added another transfer on at no extra cost. Now back from our fantastic holiday and was really pleased we’d book through them. Highly recommend and can’t wait for our next adventure
