What’s the point in paying for a day 5 test to result if you don’t receive the result that day or even the next day ?

WARNING.. do not use this company. I have wondered if this company is in fact a scam and will be contacting the government complaints department. Absolutely horrific experience. Received the day 2 test for my in-laws which they took and sent back on day 2. When we had heard nothing for 6 days we rang and were told “we will look in to it and will call back”.. no call back ever came. The next day the same thing happened. Oh we did receive an email saying we would receive the certificate by midnight (day 11) … but of course we did not. Panic started to set in when today, the day before my in-laws return flight home (day 14 of their trip!) we were still being fobbed off with “we will look in to it”. I am just hoping that the next ‘fit to fly’ test they took the other day (from another company of course) is good enough when they go to the airport tomorrow as they still do not have the day 2 certificate.

I ordered 2 day and 8 day test kit. Kit arrived on the day I landed at Manchester Airport. The results were provided on time too. Cant fault it.

Order for kit arrived on time. Sent it off on a Sunday (priority postbox). No results given until I called them 4 days later on Thursday. Email confirmation was then received. Not good enough. Should have received the results the next day as advertised

Booked in for a day 2 on site test for 1.49. All went smoothly, results arrived 2 days later. Efficient, polite service.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would!!

I ordered a Day 2 PCR test from VitalClinic before returning to the UK, DPD seemed to receive my parcel details, but never received the parcel itself. I contacted VitalClinic to enquire about the whereabouts of my test, as a day after returning to the UK my test had not arrived and I was starting to get concerned. I received a reply from Tom who said that he was looking into it. Several hours later, I still hadn't heard anything, so I made further contact for an update. This time Ed replied and told me that the test had been dispatched and should be updated on DPDs website shortly after.

The next morning, the day I'm supposed to be taking the test, DPD still weren't showing that they'd received the parcel, so I contacted them again. Again Ed replied, with the usual "I'll look into". 3 hours later, I still hadn't heard anything, so again I reached out for an update. This time I was met with a very unprofessional reply (clearly they thought so too, due to the fact that this time they left their name off the email) telling me that it had been dispatched and "use your tracking information to track your parcel since you're concerned". I went on to explain, that I have been checking the tracking system and still DPD shows no receipt of the test (accompanied with a screenshot) that I paid £48.99 for, that I was legally required to take TODAY!! To which the now nameless person, replied "thanks for letting me know, however your test kit has been dispatched snd should be with you tomorrow".

They clearly don't take this very seriously for something that is required by law. I will wait until tomorrow, to see if it arrives, if not I'll have no option but to report them.

All I can say is, avoid at all costs!

The service was excellent. The person who I spoke to Shakir was very helpful and dealt with my query in a very efficient way. This was a very time sensitive issue and I couldn't have hoped for a better response. Thank you so much Shakir and team.
