Test arrived well in time for the 2 day test for arriving from usa. Instructions clear. Could not activate test on the site. Called customer service and Edward was very helpful and handled activation without issue. Missed a star for not being able to activate online.

The tests here were extremely affordable which is what lead us here off the government website. Once we arrived the testing was efficient and we were in there no longer than 15 minutes. Would recommend this testing facility.

Quick, efficient, and competitively-priced day 2 pcr tests. The office isn’t ‘fancy’ but serves the purpose of doing the tests, so it’s fine, and there was parking across the street. Importantly, the tests came back very promptly - taken at 1pm and results from the lab emailed the next day at 8pm, so very prompt turnaround time. Thanks.

Found a very reasonably-priced Day 2 test here. Location has parking and is reasonably convenient to get to. Test was quick and efficient. Results received next day at 1950.

Visit Burnley office on Friday morning 10am.done pcr test and pass the kits to staff.receive my results by email Saturday evening.staff was helpful tooo.5 star from me & thank you very much🙏

2 days test. kit arrived one day before I arrived back, done test, sent back at 16:00 result received 19hr next day .

Do not use. This is a total scam. Arrived at the “clinic” ushered into a dirty room off a part of the building that looks like they’ve set the whole thing up in half an hour with boxes full of kits that probably came from China. I doubt they’re even paying rent, it looks like they’re squatting in there. Not a sniff of any results that were promised within 24-48 hours. I honestly believe the positive reviews are fake.

My situation is exactly like of Amanda Simpson. I phoned the company and did not get satisfactory answer for the delay of 4 days (booked on 2nd Dec and not yet arrived on 6th Dec) for sending the day 2 testing kit. They are blaming the Royal Mail, but the Royal mail tracking is unable to confirm the status - that means it has not been reached Royal mail yet. I'll not able to go to work for few more days due to the Vital Clinic's irresponsibility. DO NOT USE VItalClinic's service !

2 day PCR Tests
I received an email saying my 2 day PCR test had been dispatched on 02/12/2021, to be delivered the next day on 03/12/2021. I have not received the test. I then received another email to say the test had now been dispatched on 04/12/2021 but with no delivery date. It is now the afternoon of 06/12/2021 and I still haven't received the test. I phoned the company to complain, however, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation as to what has happened to my family's tests which were supposedly dispatched on 02/12/21, or given a confirmed delivery date for those supposedly dispatched on 04/12/2021. I have checked the Dpd tracking system which says that they have not received the package and the royal mail tracking system which says try again tomorrow, which suggests that neither have received the parcel for delivery. I would give zero stars if allowed. Good luck to those wanting a timely service from this company.

Super quick and easy, test arrived within 24 hours from ordering it, came with tracking details, a return envelope and tracking for the returned package. I tracked my return test and got the results the same day my test arrived at the lab. Would use vital clinic again and highly recommend.

Nice fast and easy to understand test, thanks Shakir in Burnley. Test and release only started 2 days ago. I chose vitalclinic as their description of what the test was for (Day 2 on site unsupervised PCR Test for UK arrivals) was the clearest I could find in north west England. All the others descriptions left me wondering if it was the right test as, like covid, there are so many varients available!
