No result, no answers, and no follow up!
Its been more than 8 days since I have arrived back in the UK now and Vital Clinic do not answer their phones or emails or get back to their customers. Absolutely ridiculous!
I highly advise everyone not to use them or their services as it will just be a waste of time and money!

Extremely reasonable price, quick and easy service. Would 100% recommend!

Great service. Arrived at appointment time. PCR test completed. Told results 24-48 hours due to time of year. Results received just after 24 hours

This is the second time I have used Vital, the first time, the test was at 10:22, at the lab at 13:49 the following day, and I had the result e-mailed at 22:00 that evening. All in all an efficient service.

Best customer service I have ever had, had a great employee called Shakir who actually helped me with I needed in a friendly professional manner. Would 100% recommend this service.

I ordered 3 kits but I added incorrect flight number. When I emailed them in the evening, the Manager corrected the flight number and replied back within 3-4 hours.
We received 1 result very next day of sending the sample. Other 2 results came later. When I called they said samples were delivered late. I liked the service because they corrected the incorrect flight number and issued new email with correct information immediately without any extra cost. All instructions were easy to follow while taking the test.

A very simple and easy process to book my test kits and I was able to receive my tests kits on time.

Unfortunately the activation code has been missed off my email and as we had just landed in uk following a delayed flight my patience was not at its best. I sent an email after trying to phone (out of hours) as 10.15at night to my surprise my email was answered and I was sent activation code to my delight !
Now off hone and posted sample . Excellent customer service tonight ! Very tired but impressed customer ❤️

Went for 2day PCR test (family of 3)
Friday 1pm.
Got results back Saturday just after 8pm.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

This company didn’t send us our activation codes which we only realised after taking the test. This is not ideal as they state that you need to activate the kit in order to get results quickly , which was important for us in order to end our quarantine. Despite apologising for the error, they refused to refund us any money.

Do not use if you want to end isolation/quarantine in a reasonable timeframe. The company did not send us an activation code in order to verify the test. We got in touch with the company to ask for a refund and they refused to take any responsibility. As a result, we have had to spend additional money on another day 2 PCR test.

Arrived day after I arrived back in UK even though delivery said on the day I arrive. Family member post at local sorting office sane evening Have been waiting for over 4 days for my results. Still waiting now.

PCR day 2 - I emailed and asked for my test to be dispatched earlier as they normally arrive after you land and I wanted to have mine before we went away for security.
The test arrived within 3 days of ordering and was easy to complete and activate. I posted on Tuesday morning. Customer service has been very good and all emails/queries have been answered promptly.
The only reason I have taken a star off is because it has been 4 days and I have been told I will receive my results tonight. Therefore I still do not have them and have had to isolate for 4 days already and taken more time off work. I do understand they are busy but some other companies offer a 24hr response time for results. So that is the only thing to consider. Otherwise, great service and would use again.

I had been trying any number of providers and Vitalclinic were the only ones to reply. The answer was clear and to the point and in no time I had the booking reference and was able to complete the dreaded passenger locater form. Thanks in particular to Awais for you help and support

They did not dispatch the test until the day after day 2 and as a result I have had to isolate for 6 days and I have lost income.

Excellent service. Locator form number available immediately. Test delivered to my house the day before I needed to take my test. I had a query about the delivery and got a very quick and helpful response. Test instructions very easy to follow. Test results received within 24hours. An excellent service.
