I've tried 5 different credit cards to pay my order and noone is working via klarna. Just please, change a provider and put someone normal and opened to the whole word. I've spent 3 hours on your site ! And what is surprising is that last time the same cards worked. Just unbelievable, I'm looking now for the same products on others sites as I have enough of it (and yes, I've checked up the amount etc...)

vielen Dank, dass Sie Ihre Erfahrungen mit uns geteilt haben. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie Unannehmlichkeiten beim Versand erlebt haben. Wie bereits in der E-Mail erwähnt, ist Ihr Paket seit 10 Tagen unterwegs, und wir haben Ihnen sowohl am Tag des Versands als auch heute den Sendungsverfolgungslink zukommen lassen. Das Produkt musste beschafft werden, und leider ist die Zollabwicklung in der Schweiz zeitaufwändiger als erwartet.
Daher stellen wir ab heute den Versand außerhalb der EU, einschließlich in die Schweiz, ein. Sollte Ihr Paket innerhalb einer Woche nicht ankommen, erstatten wir Ihnen selbstverständlich Ihre Bestellung. Weniger als 1 Stern geht hier nicht, leider! Kassieren das Geld, aber versenden die bestellte Ware nicht. Ruft man da an, wird der Anruf auf einen Anrufbeantworter mit der Ansage "Good bye" weitergeleitet und sofort aufgelegt. Dieser Shop ist weder vertrauenswürdig, noch empfehlenswert. Service gleich null... Abzocker! Ist noch mild ausgedrückt!!!

I have the order placed on the 19th of July. Today is the 29th, still do not have my order. They wrote to me one time and said that one of the products is still on the way. Ten days passed and there is no result.

Niks ontvangen / geen klantenservice
Product inmiddels langer dan een week geleden besteld maar is nog niet verzonden als ik de tracker moet geloven. Op mijn email wordt niet geantwoord, telefoon word niet opgenomen en whatsapp bericht niet beantwoord. Geld innen blijkt makkelijk maar diensten leveren is moeilijk bij dit bedrijf.

mijn betaalde goederen worden niet geleverd. Op 3 april besteld, vandaag zijn we 25/4. Mails worden niet beantwoord. Deze firma is een scam, bestaat niet.
Na deze review heeft de firma contact opgenomen, ze bestaan dus toch echt! Pakje werd na 21 dagen geleverd, dus alles in orde maar ik bestel hier nooit meer!

Sieht nach Scam aus
Wiederholte Emails werden nicht beantwortet, Telefonate werden nicht abgenommen. Ware ist schon seit deutlich mehr als einer Woche unterwegs. Es riecht nach Scam.
Update 05/12/23: Mittlerweile hat sich der Kundenservice bei mir gemeldet,für die Nichterreichbarkeit entschuldigt und versichert, dass das Paket auf dem Wege und bald bei mir sei. Scam-Verdacht scheint sich vorerst nicht zu erhärten. Ich bessere die Bewertung etwas auf. Die Nichterreichbarkeit über mehr als eine Woche ist dennoch schlecht. Mal gucken, wie es sich weiter entwickelt.

Good customer service, but longer delivery time
I was really happy when the order was delivered! It took about 3 weeks for it to arrive at my home in Switzerland, because the items were not in stock when I ordered them. And although I think this should be clear when you make the order, I really appreciate the customer service from them. They don’t answer the phone but they did answer my e-mails quite quickly letting me know when the items were back in stock, when they would ship, and then providing me with a tracking link. Thank you!
