I cannot give more than two stars , the delivery was enough quick , but i bought two box of Enzymes Digestive ultra on the beginning of this July , i wonder why this enzymes expiry date is January 2027 ?!

Regarding the expiry date, the manufacturer supplies this product to all authorized retailers with the same shelf life. The bottles you received expire in January 2027, which means they still have more than six months of shelf life remaining.
Each bottle contains 90 capsules, with a recommended serving size of 2 capsules, providing 45 servings. Under normal use, the product would typically be consumed well before its expiry date.

Due to customs orders take longer but quality products
I have placed an order more than 2 weeks ago which has not been received I am unable to track it and no one has replied to my message’s on web site and emails won’t deliver for some reason which is very odd .
Today I have received my order and a lovely email from the company explaining that because of customs my order had taken longer than expected. The product is excellent quality so I am pleased I also found emails replying to my questions in my spam .

Après quelques difficultés de réception de mail, j'ai bien reçu ma commande et des informations de la part du service client. Mon colis était conforme, commande bien emballée, chaîne du froid respectée.

es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Sie unzufrieden sind.
Ein Teil unseres Sortiments besteht aus selten nachgefragten Spezialprodukten, die wir auf Vorbestellung liefern. Dies ist klar auf der Produktseite angegeben (mit einer entsprechenden Lieferzeit) und unser System sendet automatisch eine E-Mail-Benachrichtigung unmittelbar nach der Bestellung, wenn ein Artikel momentan nicht auf Lager ist.
Der Grund dafür ist, dass viele dieser Produkte eine begrenzte Haltbarkeit haben. Wenn wir sie dauerhaft auf Lager halten würden, bestünde die Gefahr, dass Kunden Produkte mit kurzer Restlaufzeit erhalten – was ebenfalls häufig zu Unzufriedenheit führt. Daher bestellen wir bestimmte Artikel frisch beim Lieferanten, sobald eine Bestellung eingeht.
Selbstverständlich bieten wir in solchen Fällen jederzeit eine sofortige Rückerstattung an, wenn ein Kunde nicht warten möchte.

Zahlung erfolgt, keine Lieferung und keine Rückmeldung
Am 05.01.26 habe ich per Überweisung 53 € bezahlt. Bis heute habe ich weder die Ware noch eine Rückmeldung erhalten. mehrere E-Mails inkl. Zahlungsnachweis bleiben unbeantwortet. Ich bin daher vom Kaufvertrag zurückgetreten.

After some initial problems, everything turned out fine in the end.
A week ago, 14 Jan 2026, I ordered enzymes for €182, which were debited from my account on the same day. The delivery time was supposed to be 3–4 business days. To date, I have not received an order confirmation or delivery, and there has been absolutely no communication.
I also created a customer account, but I cannot access it. Apparently, the account was not created at all. If I could, I would rate the company with 0 stars.
Update: After publishing the above review, BMS Vital contacted me and sent me the package, which I received a few days later. Thank you very much for your quick response! This has restored my confidence in your company, and I will give you another chance with a future order. I have therefore increased my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

I ordered for 282 euros, a week ago and have since tried to contact vitamin store through mail, but it doesnt go through. feel lile I have been scammed, cant track my order Esther on their website. its a shame really, because they just lost a good customer and I will use legal means to get my money back.
Ok I received my money straight away, thank you vita store. Its just that there had gone 1 week and I tried sending a email, that couldnt go through. I have confidence to try again, but you do have good products

An automatic notification was also sent to you at the time of ordering, informing you that one of the items was temporarily out of stock and the estimated dispatch time may be up to 2 weeks.
To ensure you do not feel uncertain for a moment longer, we have already refunded the full amount immediately (Monday morning) and cancelled your order.
You should see the refund confirmation shortly on your account.
The missing item actually arrived on Monday, so we would have been able to ship your order, but we fully understand that you preferred not to wait.
We hope this clarifies the situation, and we are truly sorry that this misunderstanding led to a negative experience. Our shop is reliable and ships hundreds of orders every month, and we would have been happy to assist you sooner if we had received your message during working hours.

Nach wiederholter Kontaktaufnahme bekam ich dann doch die Wahl die Ware nachträglich noch zu erhalten oder den Betrag zurück erstattet zu bekommen. Die Erstattung wurde dann unverzüglich eingeleitet.
Ein gutes Ende. Nochmal bestellen würde ich trotzdem nicht.

Overall a positive experience
There were some issues with the last order, which were eventually remediated. The communication in fixing the issue was polite and helpful. There is room for improvement, when it comes to managing the store though.

Azienda seria ed affidabile. Sì, hanno la consegna non velocissima. A volte ho aspettato 3 settimane prima della spedizione dell'ordine, ma loro lo scrivono sul sito. Basta stare attenti e leggere. Ci fanno avere i prodotti unici ai prezzi buoni. Bravi ragazzi!
