È vero, in alcuni periodi la spedizione può richiedere un po’ più di tempo, ma siamo lieti che abbia notato la trasparenza delle informazioni sul nostro sito. Facciamo sempre del nostro meglio per garantire prodotti unici a prezzi competitivi, e il suo riconoscimento ci fa davvero piacere.

EDIT: Subito dopo la mia segnalazione, l'azienda mi ha contatto per darmi informazioni sulla consegna, che è arrivata a destinazione correttamente!!
Ordine effettuato il 27/08 e pagato al momento con carta di credito. Ad oggi ancora nessuna spedizione partita. Ho provato a scrivere ma non risponde nessuno alle mail. Non so come fare!!

La invitiamo gentilmente a controllare anche la cartella SPAM nel caso non abbia ricevuto la nostra email.

VORSICHT: Niemals hier bestellen
Auf keinen Fall bei diesem Store einkaufen! Wie viele andere vor mir hier schon geschrieben haben, handelt es sich um keine seriöse Firma.
Es gibt keine Service Hotline (nach 1 Sekunde kommt die automatische Ansage: Good bye). Auf E-Mails wird nicht reagiert um Fragen zum Status der Bestellung zu erhalten. Der Verfolgungslink der Bestellung funktioniert nicht und man kann über das Kontaktformular auf der Website keine Nachrichten senden - hier erscheint ein Error. Ich Zweifle, dass meine Bestellung überhaupt ankommt und werde die nächsten rechtlichen Schritte einleiten müssen.
Update: nach Bewertung hier, hat man mir endlich geantwortet und Paket ist auch angekommen - daher Korrektur der Bewertung auf 3 Sterne

Order placed on 22/05, paid, then placed in backorder, wrote 5 times to cancel it immediately (i needed it quickly), no answer, called 4 times on 23/05 at 9.05 am, no answer.
Update 23/05 18.10, they responded after a full 2 working days "we have cancelled your order and processed the refund. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear back on your account". Let's see how it will end up...

Efectuei uma encomenda dia 19 de Abril e tenho a indicação que o pedido foi enviado, mas recebi nenhum link para poder seguir o meu pedido. Enviei vários e-mail’s para que consiga saber em que ponto de situação se encontra o meu pedido e como posso saber em que ponto de situação se encontra o meu pedido, que se trata de um pedido bastante elevado em termos monetários e não obtive resposta. Apparently posting a bad review here is more effective than emailing customer service. After I posted this, I got a response and a refund so at least I know the store is not a scam.
I ordered an item that was available for back order only on 15th of March. The website claimed the product would would be delivered within 2 weeks. It's 2nd of April today and I got no notification or clarification from the store why my product hasn't been shipped yet. I emailed them yesterday and got no response. I paid a lot of money for my order and now I regret buying from this store.

This is the only company I've found…
This is the only company I've found that is still able to deliver Mercola's H2 tablets within Europe. When the delivery was delayed they wrote to apologise, which I appreciated: it's rare to receive customer support of that kind. Thank you, Vita Store!

Very strange telephone line
I ordered produto a week ago and the status didn’t change from payed to shiped, yet. I am contacting them on email, they don’t respond. When try to call them, there is only a recorded voice saying GOOD BYE and then the line drops. It seems to me like a scam?
Update: I changed the stars from 1 to 3. I’ve got the answer on the email 1 days after I submitted the review, but I didn’t want to edit it before I would get the package. I’ve got the package today (17.3.) So, the issues were the telephone and the delay. At least it was not a scam.

Habe Anfang Februar 2025 eine Bestellung abgegeben, Zahlung wurde zwar bestätigt, seitdem aber habe ich nichts von der Firma und meinem Paket gehört. Nach 3 Wochen habe ich an den Kundenservice eine Mail geschrieben und nachgefragt - keine Rückmeldung.

Die Bestellung ging schnell und die Lieferung war extrem schnell. Das hat mich gefreut. Meine Fragen zum Produkt wurden jedoch im Vorwege einfach ignoriert. Keinerlei Reaktion. Bei den Produktpreisen (ein Probiotikum 50g kostet 120€) erwarte ich generell eine fachmännische Beratung zu den Produkten. Daher halte ich drei Sterne für angemessen.

Seems to be a scam.
Ordered on November 7th 2024. I received an invoice, the money was booked from credit card but nothing since then. 77€ out of the window, I do not expect to receive the product I ordered.
I called the number on the website and sent an email as well. Guess what? No reply.
Last Ressort is writing this review here like others did before me already.
In case Vita-store sees this review, my order number is WNFLLYHWQ.
Nevertheless not a trustworthy or professional company.
