The Gemma II Mule Slippers fit well and are really cozy until you start walking. The slipper needs to be gripped with your toes to prevent them from sliding off. Nothing cozy about that. I’ve purchased other open-back slippers without this problem. My mistake was buying these as a gift a couple weeks in advance of Mother’s Day, so I missed their tight 10 day return deadline. A return policy speaks volumes about a company’s goodwill towards their customers and this one fails to impress. So I’ve decided to explore more customer-centric retailers. And with a vast selection of online retailers at your fingertips ready to serve you, I can’t see why anyone would recommend Vionic and I suggest you give this store a pass.

I bought a pair of sandals and they were very uncomfortable , I read they were like walking on clouds with memory foam , well when i received them i couldn’t even walk they had like a hard bump within the arch in the middle part if foot which made it hard to walk since i’m flat feet .. I loved the sandals though to bad i had to return them! Not to mention they were way over priced.
Shipping was not good at all ! They kept changing the delivery day, i was supposed to get them the most by April 25 and they arrived April 28! Fed-Ex is the worst service

I ordered Vionic sandals and I received them one mo. later.Clearly states 5-8 business days for shipping. I also thought there was free returns. I was e-mailing back and fourth with them and they sent me the return label. Never once did they tell me there was a $9.95 fee for using their return label which they should have told me in the e-mails that they sent to me. It does state on their web site but since I was dealing with them direct I didn't think I had to go to their web site to read about their returns. I was told on the phone I would be getting the full amt. back since my invoice showed it was not the case.This was clearly not the case.When I contacted customer service they stated it clearly states a $9.95 charge for printing return label on their web site or I could return to any Happy Returns Bar which there are none in Hawaii. On my invoice they took off $7 and called it a processing fee. So much for free returns!

I ordered shoes. Did not fit neverbwore besides trying on insurance house. They asked me to take picture then said lookednworn and refused to refund money. Went on for more than 3 plus months. Never ever wore took multiple pictures. Suggest not purchasing if you not exactly sure they will fit. Although say can return had me jumping through hoops for unworn shoes. Will not purchase from them online again.

I bought 3 pairs of Vionic Sandals, i have literally worn them for every day - absolutely loved them from the moment I put them on. I have walked miles every day in them with no issues. Now searching to replace them.

I bought a pair of vionic shoes on sale - a nice pump. I wore them twice easily. The "leather" is already coming off on the toe. This is not OK. Also, the support is not as good as I'd hoped. There are other brands, priced the same, which are better made and offer more comfortable support. Vionic seems "cheap."

Poor quality - sadly, I will now no longer buy this brand. After this being the only brand I have been buying in recent years, two of the newer pairs have broken fairly early on in a serious way. One may have been an anomaly, but two just reeks of cost cuts. Super disappointing to opt for cheaper production on what is supposed to be a quality brand.

Out of the shoe every step I take. Vionic shoes Company will not exchange. I will never buy a pair of Vionics shoe again.
Regretting my Vionic purchase

Wrong size shoes delivered. Can’t get any response from my emails. Stuck with size 8.5 sandal instead of size 7. Can’t get through to anyone by phone. Very disappointed with this company.

I've been trying to return a pair of shoes that don't fit properly for the last two weeks, to be returned within 30 days. I am constantly receiving generic emails back, with a link that doesn't accept my ID purchase number and email, saying something has gone wrong.

I have phoned 4 times and left messages, received one answer machine message that said to phone the number I had already phoned or email using the email address that I'd used 5 or 6 times now. Have the company gone bankrupt?

I have contacted trading standards for advice and suggest others do the same.

I've also had huge problems with Evri that Vionic seem to use. On one occasion I didn't receive the shoes ordered - that company refunded me, then another time I returned a swimsuit following the instructions for returning, got a tracking number and a week into tracking it, the number wasn't valid and the company claimed they hadn't received it back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Shoes are incorrectly sized and will not take return saying item is A FINAL SALE item. Buyer Beware

THEY SELL THINGS THEY DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK AND JUST SEND YOU AN EMAIL STATING THEY HAVE RAN OUR OF INVENTORY BAD COMPANY

I used to love Vionics - in fact 95% of my shoes are Vionics. But for the past year their customer service and inventory has been really bad.

Recently ordered a pair of boots on the Cyber Monday sale. Next day got an email that my boot order was canceled because they didn’t have the boots in stock. I could clearly see on the website that my size was still available and told them that. They said they had an Email stock issue. They said I could go ahead and order them then. I mentioned that I should get the cyber Monday price that I originally got since the cancellation was their fault. Received another email that they would credit me that amount if I placed an order. By that point the boots had actually sold out. I had a similar issue a few months back as well. Thankful that there are other brands that other the same or better quality.

My wife and I have bought shoes from Vionic in the past and they have been fine, however the last couple of pairs we have purchased were very poor quality. We both bought a pair of trainers for a holiday in September. This was a 4 day trip with a little walking involved, the soles on my wife's trainers have started to become detached from the uppers. we eventually managed to get in touch with Vionic and their very slow and rude response was disappointing. We no longer have the packing slip or original email, apparently without this we can get stuffed. When we asked them to check their records we got a very positive no from them.

Do not purchase from this company. As others have written, the returns portal does not work, I have had no response to several emails and am unable to get through on their phone number, it goes to voicemail and no one ever returns you call. I have now raised a dispute with my credit card provider to get my funds back.

I bought a pair of Vionic running shoes in February 2024 for over $200 US and they are my last purchase with this brand. This company makes very poor quality footwear. The soles of the running shoes started peeling off, segment by segment within months of gentle use. I wore them for one hour, three times a week in my indoor gym. I sent photos of these barely worn shoes to Vionic and they insist that I ship them from Canada to the US ($80 shipping) at my expense and will not say what, if anything they will do to make it right. I am out alot of money and I am very dissatisfied. The shoddiness of their workmanship is unspeakable. I am now trying to glue the soles back together on my own since the waste of money is so upsetting. Can you imagine! For over $200 US.

I purchased a pair of $120 sandals just 3 months ago. They were quite comfortable and stylish (probably why many of us purchase Vionics), and I've enjoyed wearing them. Wore them about 4 days per week over the course of 3 months. Walked possibly 2000 - 3000 steps most days, with a couple of days with more walking because of travel.
Just last week, I found that one of the straps on the sandals had ripped. While the upper part of the strap was leather, the underside was PU, and had torn out from where it had been sewn. Literally unwearable after 3 months of moderate use.
When I contacted Vionic's customer service, they told me that this was 'normal wear and tear', so they were not responsible. They also offered me up to $30 if I took the shoes to a cobbler and was able to provide a receipt for shoe repair services. In my area, these services will cost at least 2X that amount, and even more if I want to reinforce the strap on the other shoe so it doesn't also rip.
Here's the problem -- I've only had the shoes for 3 months! A tear that renders the shoes unwearable should not be 'normal wear and tear' after only 3 months of moderate use. After more than a year -- yes, that makes sense. But not after 3 months! In this case, I would have expected a replacement shoe, or at least some type of store credit for a future purchase.
I am very disappointed that $120 can't get you a dependable pair of sandals that last more than a few months. Lesson learned. I won't be purchasing from them again, and I don't recommend them due to poor customer service and poor quality.

I have ordered Vionic shoes in the past & service/shoes have been fine. This time I need to return a pair. They are not faulty but just don't fit well. I have repeatedly tried to use their return system but it doesn't work. You have to access a returns label online but access is impossible, stuck on a loop. I have emailed the company - no response and 'phoned the company - only a recorded message asking you to leave a message and "they will get back". I'm not holding my breath. Makes me wonder if the company has folded. I am now going to start the process of getting my money back through the payment system. I can do without this hassle and strongly advise everyone to avoid the company like the plague at the moment. This is such a shame as the shoes I have had before are great.

These sneakers were so undersized. I ordered a 6.5 medium width and they were over an inch shorter in length than my regular 6.5 sized sneakers! None of the sizing on the box made sense and did not correspond to the correct European size equivalent for 6.5 US.

Customer Service immediately responded after I posted this, and issued me a refund without any issues. So I am going to change my rating.

I bought the Reyna Flatform Sandals, as well as the Brandie Flatform Sandal which were both on sale. I will start with the Reyna Flatform sandal. The very first time I wore them I was walking to a Dr’s appt, and within one block away from my house the whole sole fell off the left shoe. I had to walked back to my house to change shoes which made me late to my appt. This is unacceptable, I emailed the Vionic, and have yet to hear from them. I sent a photo as proof. I already own two pairs of the Brandie Flatform sandals, and when I received my 3rd pair, which was the same order as the Reynas, I noticed that they were much larger even though they are the same exact size. I compared them to my older Brandie sandals, and they are indeed a size larger even though they are marked as the same size, which was a 3UK. Unfortunately I had already worn the Brandie in my house, I bought them as house shoes, and didn’t investigate the size difference immediately, I thought it was in my head so it took some to time to find one of my old pairs to compare. Not only is the broken Reyna sandal unacceptable, the newly sized Brandie is disappointing as well. Why would you make the smallest size you offer larger in size.
