After reading some of the reviews on here, I could have easily been put off. I just want to give a great review for great customer service and absolutely beautiful products.

I initially ordered the Bisou Balm, but after waiting 3 weeks, I reached out to see what was happening. The Violette team were on it straight away and kept me posted on their contact with the carrier. Another week in and they made the decision that my order had probably been lost and issued a refund + 25% off my next order. They also said if it did get delivered, to keep it. So I hesitantly ordered another colour, within a week they both arrived a day apart. I contacted the team to let them know and they told me to enjoy the products.

A few days ago, I was telling my friends about how much I love the lipsticks, then the very next day I received a Balm Amour, with a note to apologise for all the hassle I had with my first order. This balm is glorious & so moisturising.

In a world where ordering online is so convenient, I think we have lost that valued, in contact customer care that we could get at a store. Most companies don’t even have an email to contact them if there’s an issue. This is where I think Violette_FR is leading the field with their personal touch to customer care. I for sure will be ordering again from them.

I love the quality of the products, the colour range and the Customer service is absolutely great! However, leadtime is a bit long... I thought the products were shipped from Europe, but no...

I recently had a minor hiccup with my order from Violette_FR and I am honestly blown away by how they handled it. In a world where automated bots and "we’ll get back to you in 3-5 business days" are the norm, this team is a breath of fresh air. They acknowledged the issue immediately. Not only did they fix the original problem, but they also went the extra mile by offering generous discount coupons for my next purchase.

Great customer service. Very quick reply from them after a request I made. And every interaction I had was really positive and leaning towards client satisfaction. And ofc great great products. I’ve been using Violette’s collection for a few years now and it’s so qualitative, with amazing results for my skin.

My order was sent to the wrong address and the team was so kind and refunded me and gave me a discount code to use in future. I love this brand and it's great that the quality of customer service is equal to the quality of the product.

Most stunning make up products I've ever tried. Amazing colors, long lasting products and they are so soft, almost not noticable on the skin.
The support of the customer service is absolutely great. They always replied fast and solved problems immediately.

The products are fantastic, but even more important is the team behind them. Reliable, knowledgeable and helpful people… I’ve never experienced such a high level of helpfulness with a delivery before. You rarely come across people like that these days. Marta

Gorgeous products and great customer service.

I love the actual products but the packaging has failed me a number of times. Lids that don't stay on lipsticks and end up getting ruined in make up bags, spray tops that stop working with half full bottles of product left. Really hope they sort this out as its an expensive product and I am reluctant to spend on it if I only get half the use. Three lipsticks I have are no longer usable cos the lids kept coming off and the product got squashed in my bag!

I didn’t really get my question answered. I was in the middle of checking out, and I had to reenter my payment details… and then all of a sudden, my total had gone up. The 20% off sale on sets had changed to 10% off. The sale must’ve ended right at noon. So I reached out to customer service, and they just told me I could use their welcome discount for 15% off if it was my first purchase. I then asked if there would be another opportunity to get 20% off sets, and I received an email with this survey. Maybe a response is still coming? I don’t know. Very disappointed with my experience, and I can’t bring myself to pay $116.00 for 2 sets of 2 lip products. I liked the sale price, and I’m bummed I got timed out without a warning.

I have been a loyal customer ever since I discovered this brand and they do not disappoint! I contacted them for a problem with my order and they went above and beyond with their service and resolution! I will continue to support Violette_Fr not just because of their amazing products but their responsive customer service! For people who are having problems with delivery, Sephora carries them but i have ordered multiple times from their actual website and always got my products! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Помадой такого качества пользуюсь впервые , она создает впечатление маленькой тайны, секрета, который знаешь толькоо ты. Помада долго не стирается, устойчивая, имеет приятный вкус и не создает тяжести на губах, не липнет. Рекомендую попробовать ее всем.

Violette_FR is the only skin-care and cosmetics line I've ever encountered from which EVERY product exceeds my expectations. Every lipstick shade, every eyeshadow looks good on me! I think it's because the formulas are each so individually customizable; it's easy (and fun!) to experiment and combine them, to try different finishes and application techniques, etc. and explore what works best. I've had some lovely surprises! The skincare is also top-notch and helps me create a simple but very effective routine. There is truly something magical about this line; I've never had products romance me like this, and make me feel wonderful no matter which of them I'm wearing. It's a company that lets me be "me but better" with it's products, and brings out my creative side; that's how I know whatever look I create is really mine. Love it all!

The stain lasts long and isn't sticky like others I have tried. Customer service was very fast in responding to an issue I had with the color lot and replaced the item right away.

I ordered two Lip Nectars and I love the shades — the colors are the best part for me. When applied, there’s a slight cool feeling, and the texture is not sticky at all; it feels more like a light oil. The color also lasts for several hours.

I have very dry and sensitive lips and live in the dry Los Angeles weather. The product didn’t make my lips more moisturized, but it also didn’t dry them out, which is important for me.

Overall, I would highlight the colors above everything — they’re really beautiful.
