Updating my review. The Spee24 worked with me and processed a refund. I was not aware of the return policy, so this should’ve been on me but they were very helpful in the end, I just needed a little patience :).
Product arrived damaged. I shared photos and requested a refund. I was offered a replacement, when i declined the replacement and offered to shop the item back, I didn’t receive a response. $70+ for a damaged candle is unacceptable.
