Violet Grace Arvostelua 

This was the second time I have ordered a picture form yourself as I was so impressed with the first one. Both were for part of a retirement gift. Both colleagues were very happy with their heart word pictures which were in a very nice quality oak frame.

Really pleased with the new baby card. All words, date, time and weight included beautifully. I need not have worried about letters going onto the next line on order review. This is the fourth baby I have ordered for and they all look lovely.

So disappointed with this company. They eventually sent a final proof of the card I ordered for my son’s Graduation, but never sent it. I wanted to give him something personalised, now it’s so late in the day, I’ll have to get a shop bought one.
Also, oddly all emails are sent at 4am- I’m not convinced that this is a small company based in the New Forest as advertised! Especially as I offered to collect the card as I’m not too far away. Funnily enough, no response or reply to my emails since!

I can’t Thank you enough for such wonderful products. I constantly use your company as much as I can because I’ve never been disappointed yet. It’s always a fast delivery and great quality items.
I did find this last item a little awkward in the fact that I had to write what I’d like inside the card even though I had selected a blank card. I was then disappointed when it wasn’t in there.
I will still use this company though.

Purchased personalised cricket card so disappointed. The design is great which is why I ordered it but the card is thin and flimsy. Embarrassed to send it!! Will have to purchase another card elsewhere.
