This is the worst company and product. The linen dress is NOT linen it’s cheap rayon. The company is from china and returns are expensive and to a random woman named “Betty”. Even if the rayon was acceptable the quality is so poor nothing close to the website representation. The dress was Josette do not order.

Do not order from Violet & Grace. They ship from a local Amazon dealer but you cannot return to Amazon, only to their Chinese Manufacturer. The quality and fit of the product is low rate. I watched their refund policy requested to do a full refund. We agreed finally after many emails to give me 50% back without returning (because the cost of shipping a return was so high).
I never received the credit. Bad company. Unethical. AVOID

Purchased thinking this was a reputable site but shipping came from China and material was not as described. No silk but thick polyester material. Emailed twice to request return but no reply from site. Do not order from this vendor!

They advertise 30 days hassle free returns but that is a lie. I’m getting offered partial refunds because apparently shipping to their Asia Warehouse is so costly. Dress I bought was cheap with thin material. Avoid this company!

I ordered the Josette and another dress that were supposed to be a linen blend. They are both 100% polyester.

They offer returns but you have to pay to ship it to China which fed ex said would be $300. The address they gave me was to a woman, first name only, and Fed Ex was doubtful of the address.

This is a true scam.

This "jewelry" is absolute garbage. It was shipped from a warehouse in Hialeah, Florida, however I was told I had to pay to return it to China. I disputed it with Citi and VioletGrace refused to allow a US return and I lost the dispute -$69. Personally, what is even worse, is that this company presents itself as producing jewelry of faith. They should be ashamed and out of business.

My order was a week late! And I ordered two items, one for my grand daughter and one for me which went to my grand daughter’s house !! I received a lovely birthday card from Violet Grace which I loved, that’s why I put an order in. My emails were not answered

Ordered a word art for my son & daughter-in-law’s 10th wedding anniversary but was very disappointed to receive the item. Firstly the words were so tiny you could hardly read them and also horizontal so illegible. It arrived as a flimsy A4 piece of paper and was not even mounted in the frame. The frame cost £17 and it was a cheap flimsy frame with a plastic front instead of glass which I could have bought for £5. I have received and also ordered same gift from other companies & have been delighted.

Will never order a gift from them again as it has spoilt our anniversary surprise to them.

I have used this company a few times now and have always been pleased with the product and service.

I received my hammer Cross after a very long wait and it almost seems like it’s plastic so I would like to return it and I have sent them messages every day and they have not yet responded to me and it’s been over a week. I don’t like being ignored, especially when I have a right to return it.

I bought two necklaces from Viole grace for Christmas, I was hugely disappointed. The picture shows a dainty necklace and what I received looked like it came from a children's toy vending machine. I have emailed them several times but zero response! I wouldn't even give them one star if there was a choice to do so. Do not buy from this company! The good reviews obviously come from friends.

Mid spelling on gift received, contacted Violet Grace multiple times but they won’t even respond. Not great service at all.

I ordered three times in December 2024 and once in January 2025.

I was very satisfied with the responses from violetgrace.co.uk and the service.

However, I was very disappointed with the service I requested in December.

No response to my emails... Very long wait... And extremely disappointed with the service... it's UNREADABLE... I couldn't even give it as a gift!

I demand compensation... I would like to receive a legible copy by email with fewer repeated words...

I am disappointed and angry.

I received my order (34710) October 30 and opened November 1. On November 2, I sent an email to the customer service provided on the website, requesting a return and refund. They provide a quick response and explain return shipping is required but offer a percentage off if I will keep the items. Today is my 9th email within one week and they must have run out of auto replies because they have returned to the original email offering 25% off to keep it. It got up to as high as 50% off. I simply want a refund as this is what the website promised, and I started the process with 3 days of receiving. I have let them know. I will post truthful reviews, that will deter others from using this site as well as contact the Better Business Bureau if I do not receive contact within 24 hours with directions for a refund. I have been very patient with this process and I’m not asking for anything other than what I was promised.

Trying to return a necklace, they will NOT send me a return address!! Keep offering me discount to keep it but I dont want it!!WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN! WILL BE TURNING THEM IN TO BBB...

My name is Ann Ford, I received my necklace but the little bar that goes through the round part to hook the 🕑 ends together was missing. If I had an address I would back for a refund. Very disapointed. Please respond
