I had a really great experience with Violet Grace. I ordered a custom hiking poster and required the digital file.
I found the communication and prompt level of service to be exceptional.

Select colour carefully.
It was nice but I emailed the seller immediately after purchase to request a specific colourway and it came as the standard blue colour regardless. Bit disappointing.

Happy but second purchase
The order process was easy, professional and accurate and the product lovely. However, I didn’t use the proof service and I should have as the first print I ordered I found too small for the colours I used - the light pink was just too pale and small to make it out on an A5 print and I therefore re ordered and bought again to a larger print and darker colour.
