Not buying here anymore
Well ofcourse it's vintage but for €140 i expect something has no holes in it. In the sleeve there where holes, so be carefull of what you buy.
Oh and don't forget that you have to pay costumservice now. So that was €55 extra on the price.
It's a expensive, broken sweater.

Regarding the customs fees, unfortunately that is something that varies country to country and is out of our control. We do state in our shipping policy that all international customers should check their country's import laws.

The measurements of each item are provided in the item's description in order to give the most accurate sizing guide possible. We do state in the description that the 'small, medium, large, etc.' sizing should only ever be taken as a guide, and that you should check against the measurements provided to be sure of the fit, as vintage clothing sizes can vary massively in how they fit.

All defects are shown in the item's photos - we are very conscious to ensure that we do this in order to give an accurate representation of the condition. Did you check all of the photos?
Regarding pricing - we are completely transparent with our prices. The item price and shipping price is shown before you complete your order so you can decide whether or not you wish to pay the amount before placing your order.

Good store but watch out for taxes
I really liked the shopping experience and the layout of the site. The only negative thing about it is that there has never been explicitly said that you could pay more becauses of taxes. I didn't know that, and i had to pay a lot more because of them. So whenyou buy clothes, think about the taxes when you ship to Europe or other countries!

Unfortunately any import fees/taxes are completely out of our control and vary from country to country, therefore we cannot provide any specific advice for every customer. We do state this in our shipping policy and it is the responsibility of the customer to check their country's import laws when importing from overseas, as is the case when purchasing from any online store.

Hi Martha,
We have replied to you via email (which we do ask for all customers to reach out to us through first if there is an issue).
As explained on the email, delivery was attempted by the courier and you were not in to take delivery of the parcel, so it is now being held at your local post office for collection (as the courier will have notified you via either a card left by the postman, or an email/SMS). The delivery was attempted within just over a week of you having ordered, not a month - your order was placed on the 12th of April.

Totally satisfied with my vintage…
Totally satisfied with my vintage jacket, although the delivery time took quite a lot plus I had to pay taxes cause the sender declared the real price of the item, while for example the keyboard from AliExpress which is twice as expensive got to me without any taxes cause the sender mentioned a very low price and it still has passed the customes easily and quickly.

Super happy with my purchase! I ordered a sweater to the U.S for my friend’s bday and it arrived in perfect timing! I was well aware of any import fees, as anyone should be who orders from abroad, and made sure to read the returns policy before buying so I felt well informed and comfortable about my purchase!
