ordered a Germany shirt, which was way too small and dodgy quality with some misaligned print. Tried to contact them for refund or exchange for larger and no response.

Bought a Kvara Napoli kit without reading the reviews and quickly realized this was likely a scam company. Imagine my shock when the kit actually showed up in terrific condition. My only complaint is that the shipping updates are very unhelpful and vague. Other than that I am pleasantly surprised with my experience with this company.

Worst ever online shopping portal who claim good product with decent price whereas its not at all a good product. I ordered a shoe and it got delivered in a worst condition. Despite i had taken all the pics and sent to them for return, they had not done anything. They replied back stating some or the reason to not return. Its looking like a clear fraud company. Please don’t buy and suffer.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Seller does not respond to emails and that is the only way to contact them. I had to file claims with my payment method to get them to respond. Trying to return items? forget about it, they will not respond to those emails either, 14 day return policy but they do not respond for 9 days (and still havent yet), seems like theyre waiting out the return window to try and force the items to be kept. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!

I ordered Jerseys for 140$ and then never came. I’ve been waiting for half a month just return my money. I don’t want the jersey.

Like many other customers it seems, I ordered an item over a month ago and it still hasn’t been shipped despite the policy stating that they aim to send it out the same day. My emails have gone unanswered so I can only assume its a scam company or just very poorly run.

Ordered and paid for a North Face gilet on 23 Sept. The item has still not been dispatched (ad said they deliver in a few days) and they are ignoring my emails. I can only assume it is a scam company.

They are a rubbish company ,still no customer service or response about the order for which they have taken my money on June 10 th.

Scam! They take your money and never send the product! They are not responding to messages! Avoid at all costs!

A month and a half has passed since I ordered two items and neither have turned up, shipping said it’d take a week. Ordered other stuff from another vintage site and it turned up in days with cheaper shipping! Do not recommend

Emailed loads and used their Instagram dm's - no reply. Where is my item!

It has been just under a month and i am still yet to receive my item. i have emailed multiple time and have not got a single reply. very very angry

I am trying to return a £50 pound sweatshirt which does not fit. The returns policy states that we must return the item within 14 days. The website says to email for a returns address and that they will be in touch within 1 working day. We have been waiting for 5 working days for this returns address. I and my son have chased Vintique many times but still no reply. I fear we may be stuck with an unwanted £50 jumper

Shipment took 4 weeks and an additional cost was added when I had to pick my sweater up at the post office
