The type of shoe that I ordered is undersized. I typically wear a size 10; I ordered a size 10-1/2 to be “safe”; the shoes are still too tight & narrow to wear.
It took weeks for the order to arrive, and by the time they were delivered I was away from the shipping destination.
The exchange “policy” period is too short. 90 days? Sure. 60 days? Maybe. 15 days? Unacceptable for anyone who frequently has to travel.
Customer service is disappointing and your inability to make “exceptions" in situations like this is not credible. Further, I asked that the issue be referred to someone at a management level who can direct an exception to the “policy” if that was necessary… but only got one more generic “apology” message with no action. You should be better than this.

Good products to date. Good quality, the boots I’ve bought on several occasions are quite reasonable for the quality you get. My only slight issue is delivery can take quite a while, but order well in advance of need and all good.

The products I purchased were unique in their look and were made of high quality. Every time I wore a pair (I purchased two) I was always asked where I found them. Admirers Always commented on the colors, style, leather stitching, and zippers as opposed to laces. I love them. The prices were reasonable, as well.

Horrible experience, nothing at all close to what the website or the picture shows.
Even sent me wrong sizes & colors, kept arguing that its correct though. When it came to returning they said i need to pay for sending them back to China!

Selling PU leather under the label "genuine leather" is a clear scam. I just received a nice pair of well-made boots for €50, delivered on time, with, as I feared, the black PU diamond logo on the original shoe label. The same, or almost the same, boots are on sale for €27 on Temu. This detail proves that this site, which plays on the "authentic" angle, is simply selling fakes in a deceptive storefront. There are now hundreds of them on the web. No big deal. I lost €25 just to see... A word of advice: always compare with Temu or Amazon; these fake luxury online stores (like Italian ones, etc.) are, at best, counterfeiters, at worst, scammers. But as long as there are snobs, or gullible people like me, this market will keep going. It's risk-free for them; even Facebook promotes them!

Pathetic service . I ordered shoes on 9th April and still shoes are not delivered and no response from the company , they have charged the money and didn’t delivered the product and nobody from the company replies back .

This online sale company does not cover the return. You are responsible for shipment all the way to China. Therefore, you have to pay full expense to ship your items (shoes in my case, that I was unfortunate to order, being too tight) all the way to China. The ad for "easy return" does not tell that in addition to teh spent $$ you have to add significant expenses for shimpent back to China.

Still not heard from Velthenic and unable to contact them

Zero Star – Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Shipping & Unfair Return Policy

I ordered a pair of boots from Vinthentic expecting normal U.S. shipping time. Nowhere during checkout was it made clear that the product would be shipped from China. The boots did not arrive by the promised date, and the day before delivery I emailed customer service explaining that if they couldn’t meet the promised timeframe, I no longer wanted the item.

They responded saying it had already shipped and could not be canceled.

When the boots finally arrived, the packaging was poor and the quality was extremely disappointing — nowhere near what was advertised on their website. The materials felt cheap and the product looked nothing like the photos.

I requested a return for a full refund since:
1. It arrived later than promised.
2. The quality was unacceptable.
3. The shipping origin was never clearly disclosed.

They refused to accept a normal return. Instead, they offered only a 30% refund OR told me I would have to pay for international return shipping back to China — which would cost nearly as much (or more) than the boots themselves.

This is not a fair or customer-friendly policy. Requiring customers to pay expensive international return shipping when shipping origin was not clearly disclosed feels misleading.

After multiple back-and-forth emails, I had no choice but to accept the 30% partial refund.

I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company. Be aware:
• Products ship from overseas.
• Delivery times may not match what is implied.
• Returns require expensive international shipping.
• Refund options are extremely limited.

Very disappointing experience.

They have continued to delay a refund. Have given excuse after excuse for this. "Check with the neighbors, check with the the post office, check the shipping number, send a photo of what u received." This operation is a complete scam and they throw everything they can to avoid paying u back. The worst group of thieves I have come across yet. They should be flagged nationally for their actions and barred from doing business in this country.

This website is a totally scam. What you see isn't what you get in terms of quality. These shoes are just plastic & they lied about it being a leather & made overseas. Even the packing has no details, no boxing, just a plastic bag with plastic shoes. It's just a local company in South Africa. Save your money it's not worth buying.

Don't say you have not been warned!

I ordered their 'cashmere' jacket but it's more like just brushed knitwear. Poor packaging and jacket had all kinds of dust and lint all over the jacket. Wasn't cleaned at all during normal production process. It was shipped directly from China in plain poly bag.
Jacket had no size label and no care instructions attached to the jacket. Just very simple hangtag with minimum description. I wouldn't buy from them anymore.
