Bedside cabinets
Communication from Sakura Vinteriors was excellent and the furniture arrived, promptly and very well packaged. They had clearly worked on the chests very well to finish them to a high standard and outwardly they look great.
However, I cannot pretend not to be disappointed by the quality of them. From the description written about them I had thought I was buying good solid built bedside chests. This is what I was looking for having been disheartened by new furniture being predominantly veneered wood.
Whilst the drawer fronts, top and side are solid wood the rest is made up from very thin hardboard and plastic coated manufactured wood. Unfortunately, the fronts of the drawers keep falling off when they are opened and they do not glide in out easily as described. Had I known they were this cheap quality wood(?) I would not have bought them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the communication from Sakura was excellent and that the furniture arrived promptly and well packaged.
We’re sorry to hear, however, that the bedside chests did not meet your expectations in terms of quality and that you’re experiencing issues with the drawer fronts and how the drawers open and close.
Please feel free to get in touch with us through the order conversation so we can assist you further.

Communication is good between the seller and buyer. The items displayed for sale on Vinterior's website are authentically portrayed. Also priced at affordable rates. I have been very pleased with my most recent purchase - a mid-century Homeworthy teak chest of drawers. Great quality and in good condition. Very prompt and efficient service delivery from the vendor.

Had issues with item being damaged during delivery/storage. However, seller, vinterior staff and courier all worked together to facilitate compensation/partial refund. The process was a bit slow and sometimes frustrating but the right outcome was reached - which gives confidence in the platform.

It’s a great unit
It’s a great unit. Delivery was great and it looks perfect…but the smell of damp is overpowering. I’ve tried bicarbonate, charcoal, essential oils. The whole ground floor of the house smells strongly of damp now..hopefully it will wear off…otherwise super happy

Vinterior - First Class service and support
Firstly, I found a beautiful dining table at a decent price and when there was a slight problem contacting the seller who had family priorities Achel, in customer services was extremely helpful and intervened to get the information for me very smartly I deed and followed up to ensure I was happy with the response. I was thrilled when the table was delivered by Julian who was so friendly, polite and helpful. The table was exactly as described and very beautiful. This is my second time purchasing furniture through Vinterior and the experience has been great. I highly recommend the company, I am certain you will be as delighted as I have been.
