Total scam of a website. So many people "selling" items that clearly are just ways to move money yet when someone tries to actually sell items I get flagged as commercial seller becuase I have "multiple listing". absolute joke of a company

Compré un producto, el cual nunca se me fue enviado. El vendedor fue bloqueado por Vinted por intento de estafa. Si yo cancelaba la compra anticipadamente la valoración negativa era para mi. Tuve que esperar más de 10 días para iniciar el proceso de devolución. Una vez transcurrido ese tiempo, Vinted ponía que se iba a iniciar el proceso de devolución si la empresa de transporte confirmaba que no tenía el producto, empezó el proceso de devolución hace ocho días y aún no recibo el dinero en mi cuenta por el método de pago utilizado. Esto es un desastre que no pasa con Wallapop por ejemplo si cancelas la compra, tu dinero, lo tienes instantáneamente o en el monedero de Wallapop o en tu medio de pago. Es una vergüenza tener que esperar tantos días por recuperar tu dinero.

Vinted has glitches Daily. It is ongoing and I doubt it will improve. Sellers are totally unprotected no matter if you video wrapping parcels. That is why I do not sell expensive items on Vinted. It is all open to scammers unfortunately. Accounts are banned while people are genuine and scammers are not banned. It is all AI managed with a AI tool that is not working properly. There are people doing customer service but would not trust these people to make the right decisions all the time either. I received a survey only this week from Vinted, filled it out but I highly doubt anything will change. They have the monopoly pretty much that is why they get away with things. I know sellers permanently banned and they never received their money. What does that tell you? Sorry Vinted, if you only you hire human beings to do your customer service instead of a faulty AI tool it may improve your ratings globally...

Poor support, no protection for the buyer, customer support is shocking, be cautious about overseas sellers, they hide behind Vinted with poor description of goods sizes etc and Vinted support the seller

Arnaque. Colis non reçu vinted valide la vente malgré tout. J’ai perdu 100€ et aucune assurance. C’est fini de mon côté je ne ferai plus appel à cette plateforme.

Awful costumer service. Not protected as a buyer regardless of paying “buyer protection fees”. Got scammed by a seller and waited three weeks for vinted to respond so the sale automatically completed in that time and vinted wont do anything about it now. I provided so much proof. They won’t help. Told me they hope their position is clear. Clear that they don’t care about their customers and will side with scammers. Absolutely horrendous even though the seller violated their terms of service which vinted even admitted!! What a joke. Never using the app again because they’ll make money even from my sales.

I was on a seller on Vinted and all my reviews were 5 stars with amazing comments.
On two occasions Vinted said I was trying to sell counterfeit products even though I put everything up to prove otherwise.
Then the week before last they blocked my account again because they said I was committing fraudulent behaviour by trying to sell counterfeit adidas. Simply not true. I sent them all the proof and details but no they decided that they were right and all the proof was wrong.
I am appalled by this company and someone should be held accountable for their actions.

2 or 3 years ago this would have been a five star review. However, having used Vinted for years, amassing over 500 reviews, all 5*, I feel live been treated really poorly despite my loyalty. I’ve now had 2 or 3 really rude messages threatening bans (in fact, I was once banned for a period of days) for apparently breaching their protocols. Each time I was accused of listing prescription drugs! Once was an unopened pack of electrolyte sachets which were listed by other sellers, and another was a sealed Alproderm creams. Appeals refused by some kind of AI chatbot. Honestly you’re treated like a criminal drug dealer or as though you’re selling counterfeits! I think I’m through with it now. Back to eBay!

I’m a seller on vinted. I see people bashing the sellers and with good right. I’m an honest seller but have had some terrible buyers. Not picking up an order or saying it hasn’t been revceived though saying delivered so they get the product and money back. The vinted CS is the absolute worst. I tried changing my bank account because I wanted it to go through a different one and they blocked my incoming money that I was getting from my sales and they said they had to investigate making sure nothing was going on with my account is, it only takes a few minutes just for me to verify it’s now been a few days. I’m not able to get any of my profits every time I open a case they’re like we’re sorry this is not the outcome you expected and they don’t really even answer the question I definitely won’t continue on Vinted anymore. I feel for everyone who uses this app legit.

I am reassured that I am not alone in having a bad experience with Vinted. Customer service when you have been mis sold something that was also breaching Vinteds own prohibited products policy is truly terrible. Trying to get an issue sorted by a human is next to impossible and even then you are not heard and you are repeated back the same thing the Robot said!

Pessima assistenza!!!Attenzione a vendere oggetti "delicati" (piatti/vassoi)perché seppur imballati bene se chi compra fa il "furbetto" e blocca la vendita anche per cose da poco o se il corriere ha lanciato il pacco facendo scheggiare il contenuto, danno sempre torto a chi vende e ripagano tutto a chi compra!!!Bella furbata per i disonesti che comprano così gratis e bella furbata per Vinted che così prende solo commissioni e non ci mette mai un soldo per i danni cagionati dai corrieri!!!Tra l'altro impiega ben 30 giorni per "valutare" che la colpa è sempre di chi vende!!!Non consentendo nemmeno di valutare realmente e visionare eventuali video!!Mancanza di serietà! Va avanti solo perché non c' è un altra piattaforma di vendita così diffusa.

My package is bought for quite expensive the seller never said a word and it has been stuck in shipping for more then a month and now I'm scared and vinted ain't trying to compensate with a full refund

I love Vinted. It’s a brilliant concept. Had two occasions where the seller lied about sizing or condition of product and I got my money back quickly. A third where the parcel went missing. It took a while to get my money back but I did. And the seller got their payment too. I search for branded items that I’ve seen in shops. Get them at least half price. I ask questions like . is it true to size. Is it definitely new. Is it authentic. Many honest people out there. They tell me how it is. Some I’ve even seen change their listing to say an item comes up small. They still sell it. Honesty is best.

J’ai acheté un lot de Charms « original Pandora ». Malheureusement lors de la réception, j’ai constaté que c’étaient des faux (pas de poinçon ALE) typique Pandora.

J’ai renvoyé la commande mais le vendeur atteste désormais que le transporteur a abîmé l’objet : ce qui est Impossible. Vinted me demande maintenant des photos du paquet et des objets détaillés (ce qui est fou).

Conclusion : n’achetez rien de marque sur Vinted ! Je vais me faire prendre mon argent et il va être donné à un escroc

I'm absolutely addicted to Irish Vinted. Bought so many things for myself and my daughter and if I wasn't happy with the item the return process was really straightforward. Honestly surprised by the negative reviews, I haven't had a single bad experience with them!

Scammers
I raised a dispute on an item I brought took them 4 weeks to respond, when they say they will respond withing 48 hours. They charge platform fees and buyer insurance. Then claimed that I have multiple disputes open, I wrote them for the same thing 3 times. I have sent an item back and currently waiting for a refund, Now my account is blocked and there is no way to get my money out my Vinted balance, feels like they are trying to scam.

My goodness I would go as far as saying Vinted Ireland is a scam. Have been trying to contact them re an item purchased advertised as "in original packaging new wirh tags" When I received the item a Styler Hair tool, it was crudley packaged,scratched and had hair in the bristles. The seller agreed to a refund but it must go through Vinted. Impossible to contact them, automated responses and they appear to be having issues pushing through notifications. NEVER AGAIN.
