Poor Customer Care
I have used Vinatis for many years. They offer a wide range of excellent wines at a reasonable price. Deliveries are normally quick and very well packaged. However please be aware that they do not care about their Customers one bit. I placed an order for 6 bottles of champagne, the following day I got a mail from them saying “Did I like it? It’s on flash sale”. I enquired about getting the sale price but they wouldn’t even consider it. Shameful service! To compound matters and despite emails regarding my complaint, they have called me Mrs Ashley🤦♂️I am male, my Christian name is Ashley, they know that, they are great when things go well, but when they aren’t, and you challenge them, you get no respect at all. Beware!

Indeed, the promotion on our products had been set up in advance, and we have no way of knowing when our customers will place their orders. As previously mentioned, you placed your order on November 13, and it was shipped the following day, on November 14.
All notifications regarding our offers and promotions are sent to all our customers, without any possibility of knowing whether they have already placed an order.
Given these circumstances, and since your order has already been shipped, its cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. Therefore, the promotional discount on the product concerned, Champagne Billecart-Salmon – La Réserve, cannot be applied. We sincerely regret not being able to respond favorably to your request.

Good range, good prices, good delivery if it all goes according to plan...
Vinatis offer a good range, particularly of French wines. Most of the ones I've had (in 3 orders) have been good. Pricing is pretty good, although it's not the cheapest way to buy similar quality wines. The best thing about them is that you can order the number of bottles you need, not a minimum of 12 as with most subscription companies. Delivery so far has always been good, generally just a few days after ordering. But there are a lot of one-star reviews on this site that complain about the awful customer service if something goes wrong. In my experience the French have a different idea of what constitutes good customer service and they tend not to believe "the customer is always right". Indeed, it sometimes seems to be the opposite! However, if everything goes smoothly, this is a good place to buy some very nice French wines at reasonable prices.

50% of order missing
Ordered 2 fine wine magnums for a special occasion, received only one of them. Initially, good response time to emails, i am now not receiving a reply. As previously mentioned, your second parcel is currently held at the DPD agency for a reason that has not yet been communicated to us. We have therefore requested our carrier to open an investigation to locate the parcel. They have informed us that the investigation is still ongoing.
However, to avoid further delay, the refund for the undelivered parcel has already been processed to your original payment method. You can verify this directly with your bank.

J’ai passé une commande avec livraison express. D’où, des frais majorés ce qui jusque là est normal. Le but : le recevoir très rapidement et chez moi (vu mes contraintes temps). Le livreur ne s’est pas présenté (j’étais chez moi sur le créneau souhaité).Résultat livraison en pick up et pour ne pas faciliter, celui qui n’est pas le plus proche de chez moi (alors qu’ouvert à l’heure de livraison). Réponse du service client suite réclamation : aller ou le faire récupérer. Je ne m’en serai pas doutée (aucune plus value). Vraiment déçue au niveau du rapport qualité/prix au global. Et pas commerçant du tout.

The problem is, there is no customer service! When things go smoothly it's ok, but if there is an issue (e.g. delivery) it completely goes to pot and 'customer service' is unable to help in any way. Yes eventually you get your money back, but you have to to all the chasing and prompting. I won't be giving them any more business.
