I ordered a bunch of legging for my daughter and myself way before Christmas. I finally received my package in late January. They sent me 4 pairs of pants, only one of them was what I ordered and they were missing a pair. I asked for a refund and they said they would send me 3 of their best selling pants, no charge. Great! Months later I check in to see where they are. They asked me to give them color and sizes for the 3 pants. Just received them yesterday. Got 2 pairs of pants S and LG. I asked for two M and a L the colors were wrong as well. I don't know what is going on in that warehouse, but its bullcrap

I got mine in the mail about 2 wks after ordered. After I read reviews I got worried I would be waiting forever but they came in timely manner and they fit perfect! Very soft & durable I would purchase again!

It took over 3 months for them to send my order. If I wouldn't have threatened to report their company as fraud and report my purchase to my card company as fraud then I doubt I would have ever gotten then merchandise that I ordered! The tracker on their website is a fake! If you have ordered from this company do not believe a word they say until they send you a link to a tracker that isn't a part of their website! The pants I received where all made different. 2 pairs are soft and I really like them. But one pair is rough, itchy, and completely transparent! Overall it was a huge headache! I don't recommend dealing with them at all!

I ordered two pairs of leggings (I found them from a Snapchat advert), when they came they were terrible quality and completely see through.. definitely couldn’t wear them! So I emailed asking how to return and receive a refund, they said no need they will send out two more sets of leggings, I declined and wanted my money back. Suddenly everyone went MIA.

After a few emails getting ignored I told them I intended to report them to trading standards as I was well within my rights to return them and received no email back but the money was put back into my account.

Anyone with a good experience from this ‘company’ is 100% a friend or lying.

I have since had loads of scam/cold callers to my number and my email.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Terrible quality. No customer service. I want my money back and apparently they're unreachable. I'm kicking myself for believing the hype. I dont understand how any of these good reviews can be true. The material is poor and the sizing even after using their specific charts is totally incorrect. I ordered 3 pairs of the same leggings in the same size and all 3 are different.

Left a review on their page and it's been removed.
Don't be sucked in. Too good to be true.... in this case it is.

Please be aware!! This company is horrible.. horrible customer service. So rude.. whatever happened to the customer is always right!! Not with this company...
I ordered a pair of pants (for my sister) for her birthday.. it had been over a month .. I still have not received them so I contacted the company to see what was going on . Nothing back for a whole week !!!! So I started doing research on the company and found horrible reviews about how people never received their item, how they are just a horrible company etc ..now I purchased these pants for my sister as a gift so I put them in her name. so after reading the reviews of many people who were unsatisfied, I contacted my bank to dispute the charge saying “hey it’s been over a month the company has not returned my messages” I think they are fake company....
After a week later after I put the dispute with the bank. The company contacts me ( on their Facebook page because I left a bad review ) and at this point after doing the tracking I got a notification saying that a package was being sent back.. ( meanwhile I’m getting notifications) BUT we don’t live lol .,,look at it was Vikki body pants with tracking # ... I contacted them to let them know showed them proof and all my receipts that was being sent back that I never received them and I wanted my refund back the company refused to refund me... they said because your filed with your bank we cannot refund you back “sorry “ which my bank said that’s a lie because it’s the merchant who has to refund you back why would my bank that didn’t take the money refund me back viki body horrible customer service rep Via Facebook says to me you’re just unhappy you lost the dispute??? Are you joking ??? I just put the dispute in a week ago it could take up to 45 days to be resolved ....So number one I never lost the dispute!! So you could take peoples money takes over a month for any kind of notification, than item is being sent back to you So you took my money and I have NO merchandise ???and you “ think “ you can do that ???? Nah this is still on going lol ....then they told me well the name is different AND ????? It doesn’t matter it’s still my card they still took my money... just trying to make excuses...but the address which my sister lives here, she gets many packages which I showed them packages that my sister has got from American Eagle without no problem she gets mailed here all the time !!! SHE lives HERE ! And what’s funny here I have lived here for 10 years at this address and I’ve had the same mail person for at least seven years !!!! So She knows US and who lives here ... they were just looking for any excuse because they’re a crappy company.. Not to refund me they blamed me for not getting the parcel and refused to refund me... seriously for a company to be taking people‘s money and not giving them their merchandise in a pandemic .. they should be happy to have customers during a pandemic.. So instead you’re stealing peoples money and not refunding them . this company is a joke... i’ve also left the messages on their Facebook which they have BLOCKED me!!!! Why shouldn’t I be upset I put my trust into a company they have my money and they have my merchandise anybody would be upset !!!! if you go to their Facebook page you will see there is “113 comments” and they’re only showing two because they have blocked unhappy customers!! That’s the first indication look at the comments if the comments do not match the numbers...you know they’re hiding something..

Literally have receipts for every single thing- chats / reviews / etc —

The company also told me to go contact my lawyer and then block me... TOOK my money , never never received the product and they’re blaming me ...JOKE

They’re saying because the item was sent back because the name did not match that’s a lie my sister gets packages here all the time either way they still have my money and they have the merchandise either way they’re in the wrong... I paid for something I never received or will ever receive

My sister made an unauthorized purchase and not even 30 min after I emailed them they got back with me the next day saying they already shipped it which is obviously false and now I cannot get a reply back

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I would give this business negative 5 if I could. They deleted 2 of my honest reviews. The leggings are not thick material, they are super light weight and thin. 100% see through. I emailed them about the false advertising and they told me to go up a size. The small was too big on me and they want me to go up to a medium. LOL. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money.

I ordered some leggings on Febuary 19th,2021 and they were shipped the 21st of Feb. When they shipped they said they were shipped from China. When I went on to track them they were shipped to NY. The next day they were shipped back to China. I checked out the United States Postal Service USPS from which they are shipped from and that says the label was created in NY. Not to mention they have been stuck in Jamacia NY since the 20th. USPS cant explain why to me. This will be the last and only time I will be ordering from VIKIBODY.com

Wow a lot more negative reviews then positive I’d say ! And at that I’m sure the few good reviews are from family and friends Lol I ordered my leggings mid Jan and yet I have to receive them. Also no response back from emailing them. I wonder how they got sponsored and advertised on my social media site..?? It’s obvious they’re a scam

Bought 3 pairs of leggings for my girlfiend. After seeing tons of advertisementa I was super excited to give them to her.
And then they showed up... her initial response was "are these from wish. com?"
All 3 sets of leggings were crap, all 3 were size medium but 1 was way smaller than the other 2, to the point where she couldn't even get them on. 1 was too thin (the ones that say "thick material never see through) were see through. The last pair was sewen together incorrectly think because they bunched awkwardly and didn't fit like the pictures.
Vikibody had replied to me me couple times as I waited 30 days for my leggings to ship, but as soon as I emailed them about a return I got radio silence.

All in all I wasted $50, thanks

This company is not where you want to order from I have placed an order that said would take usually 10/15 days it's been almost 2 months I ordered a pair from Amazon after 3+ weeks and recieved them in a week I'm still waiting on my order it finally has landed in the usa this week customer service is the only reason they recieved and stars I was semi satisfied with the response I recieved but spreading to a human being would have been better

If I could rate them 0 stars I would!! Received my package 2 months after I initially ordered it only to find out it was wrong. I contacted the customer service team and they sent the missing items out free of charge. I then enquired to return the grey leggings that I’d originally received (as they’re see through) and they won’t let me. This is because the order has apparently already been refunded as they sent out an item which they forgot in the first place!! Still no closer to resolving the issue. More hassle than good, take your business elsewhere.

They are a complete joke and it's a scam for your money. I ordered my leggings two months ago and they STILL haven't arrived. I tried emailing them and no response. Take your business elsewhere!!!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings which arrived and were lovely. Unfortunately they were a bit too big so I requested a returns address. I received an email saying they were sorry the leggings did not fit but to keep them and they would send out 2 more pairs in a different size free of charge. I have just received an email saying they have been shipped at no charge. Absolutely amazing. What fabulous customer service.

100% unsatisfied! Kept getting emails that it could take up to 18 days for me to receive my package. Cool. Not a big deal with COVID happening. But it took roughly 8 weeks to make it to me! Then to top it off, they don’t fit!!! I ordered a 3x and these fit like a large. Super frustrating! Definitely would not recommend!

Merchandise comes directly from China (Shanghai, and in Asian sizing), which is not disclosed.
Items were sent that were falsely described and depicted. There was no response to a repeated refund request.
I would strongly advise AGAINST ordering from Vikibody.

It’s been about a month and I didn’t receive my package. The day I ordered I didn’t get a tracking number or any email to confirm my order. I emailed them that day and told them I didn’t receive any way to track my package and got no response. I know the order went through because the money for $47 withdrew from my account. Finally for the second email they responded. After emailing back and forth for FIVE emails we have got nowhere. I have made sure to give them everything so they know I actually ordered from them I even showed where the money withdrew from my account. I’m not sure if eventually I will get them or a refund but it’s not worth the hassle and even then I more than likely won’t receive them 🙄 Just order from amazon for some leggings or somewhere other than this website 😂

Waited 4 weeks approx from despatch to arrival but they seem to be worth the wait, thick material, a good fit and my granddaughter loves them. We read other reviews which said they are thin and see through but not the case with the ones we got. Three stars is because we didn’t know they were coming from China so the company should just be honest about that.

Order from here 3 weeks ago and my leggings just came which I understand since they do have to get delivered from another county and especially with everything going on. They are lovely! I’m 5”10 so normally things don’t fit me properly because of my height but they fit perfect even length wise! I would definitely recommend getting them, the leggings are so comfortable as well. I was surprised about the other reviews as I can’t relate at all.
