I ordered a pair of leggings and they are so comfy.
I had an issue with tracking info updating while my order turns out that was on hermes not vikibody. When I contacted them for an update they were quick in response and very helpful. Defo won a returning customer in me.

100% recommended, will use again
Had a bit of a panic when the item hadn’t arrived but the customer services were fantastic, they chased my items and kept me updated constantly. I can honestly say this was one of the best dealings I’ve ever had with a customer services department..... it’s a bonus that the leggings are awesome too (they are now here safely). I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely use again.

Would not recommend this company
I placed an order recently with VikiBodyUK and received the items in the post. These items are not suitable and per their website it states they offer a 30 day return and refund process. I have contacted them via email to request they send their address for returning the items and the process a refund, but they keep ignoring me and have to date only replied stating:
We are sorry that the item did not meet your expectations, however you do not need to send it back to us.
Also, we can send you a replacement, the reshipment will be entirely free of charge. Please let me know the size and color that you would like ?
I was very wary when the package arrived as no invoice or return label or details was enclosed. I am still waiting for them to come back to me and provide a return address and refund me! I do not want other items, I do not believe quality is at all good of these products.... I would avoid using this company!

Horrible mailing system customer service
Update review: I just found out they ship from China not USA these are junk. 1st review:I order tights for my girlfriend 3 weeks 4 days ago, I still have not received them. I’ve sent 7 emails and haven’t received one response from them. But they keep sending advertisements. O and yes I’ve checked my junk folder. They printed shipping label 3 days after I ordered but still haven’t mailed anything out. Tracking number says still hasn’t been mailed. I don’t understand how they have any reviews over 1 star. I tried giving them benefit of the doubt but this is completely there fault no answer to my emails.They only printed mailing label, so can’t blame usps. They had a chance to make things right by answering my emails and they did nothing. I’ll never order from them again and I will make it my personal mission to go on every online source and give Vikibody a bad review and I have the sources with 700k followers on YouTube and 400k on Instagram so this is my 1st real post of many many many more. YOU DONT MESS WITH PEOPLES MONEY VIKIBODY!!!

I give it a one-star because I don't know how they look or how the quality are the fabric is I ordered on March 19th and it says it was shipped on March 22nd a okay you and your email as you stated you got it sent out within three business days but then what you failed to tell me is it still 21 days and I have not received my package and want y'all failed to tell me is used to like selective partial I'll get it whenever they feel like it I advise anybody do not order from this site I wanted to try them out so bad it but I couldn't because I could not because I still don't have my package all I want is my refund. Poor Quality
It took over a month to get them which would have been acceptabble however the leggins were poor quality and ridiculously small.

didn't do for me
Ordered these 26th march and they arrived today. they look really nice, colour is vibrant and material is good but these did not do for me what is said it does, i look the same wearing these as i do in any other leggings ive got which was a big disappointment for me.
I can't find where to reply to the Vikibody uk response so i have sent a message to Vikibody UK on facebook. I will await your reply.

Do not order from them!
I ordered a pair of leggings and on the 24th of March they were “shipped”. I still have not gotten them. I can not track them either. Anytime I try it says usps has not received them. First they supposedly shipped on the 24th and now my tracking number is saying they shipped the 28th and they are still waiting on the item to make it to them. I have continued to send emails asking for a refund and gotten no reply. I am furious. I want my leggings or I want a refund! I’ve warned everyone to not order from them as well.

If you've placed an order on March 24, it should've been shipped out for delivery within 1-3 business days and once shipped, it may take up 10-15 days as stated on the confirmation email sent upon confirming your order or this can be shorter or slightly longer depending on the number of requests, but our warehouse team will always do their best to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible.
Also, please expect a few processing delays from certain periods due to a multitude of factors. Such as COVID-19 related restrictions, specifically the new measurements placed in the shipping process and customs because of the new surge of cases; or warehouse issues such as inventory deficits, which could cause your order to take up to 20 business days to arrive after the purchase. (Though, I have checked and we currently don't have any issues at our warehouse, so I'm sure that your order should be delivered soon).
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience, and we are working hard to get your package in your hands within 10 days of placing the order as usual.

Ordered these 21st march
Ordered these 21st march, arrived 5th april so am really pleased.
Ordered 2 pairs, large in grey and black, look small when removing from the package but have a really nice stretch to them so fit perfectly. Im 5,8' and 160lbs, typically wear a 14-16 most the time. They slim the legs, lift the butt and give tummy support as they are high waisted so i am really pleased.

The items was not like the pictures
The items was not like the pictures. On the images they all look high waisted however they are actually low rise. They are also very thin and see through. I was not happy with my order. Plus I can’t return it because it was one clearance but most of their items are. The gray leggings are more like greenish.

Pleasantly surprised
I was sceptical about this company after reading other reviews but I had already ordered so hoped for the best but had low expectations.
Happy to say I am pleasantly surprised, my leggings were delivered today and they are super comfy and very flattering, I will be ordering more!
Only reason I'm dropping a star is because the tracking number says they're still in Shanghai!

It isnt ideal but they get the job done
The wait time was reasonable since it was over seas. But two things that went wrong. 1.I ordered a blue, a grey and a pink but when I saw my order online it was two pinks. But overall I ordered it on march 5 and it came today march 22. I thought I would have to wait a whole month.
