I originally left a 1-star review for Sparkle.io. The payment page was broken, support was slow and then vanished, and I couldn’t give them $700. I walked away.

Then the founder reached out personally.

He didn’t make excuses. He asked what went wrong, listened, and then asked if he could help with the broadcast anyway—even though I’d already cleaned my list elsewhere.

I said yes. What happened next surprised me.

They didn’t just “help.” They took over the entire Mailchimp broadcast for me. I paid for the subscription. They did everything else. Setup, segmentation, delivery, monitoring—all of it. Work I expected to do myself, they just handled. No extra charge. No ego. No “well, you’re not our customer anymore.”

That’s not service. That’s character.

Does Sparkle.io have bugs? Their payment page still needs fixing. But here’s what matters: when things went wrong, the founder stepped in personally and delivered beyond anything their plan promised.

If you want a faceless SaaS, go elsewhere. If you want a team that will move heaven and earth to make you successful—even after you’ve left—Sparkle.io is the answer.

I’m now a customer. And I’ll stay one.

Sparkle has been great for us. The tool is very user friendly. Shan is quick to respond and gives us recommendations and best practices frequently to ensure we're maximizing our usage. I highly recommend Sparkle!

Good for very early stage startups. It's a product which has been built keeping adoption at front.

This tool makes the outbound email easier. it provides email verification, warmup email and campaign setup all in one plac. Only thing that can be improved is the better onboarding for new users. Possibly a quick product tour.

I had an amazing experience using sparkle. The email verification accuracy is top notch. If you want an email verification that allows you to test before payment sparkle it is!

The tool is absolutely the best! I used it for email campaigns and verification. I used lots of tools, the majority of them land in spam, but Sparkle helps me land emails in the inbox.

Sparkle.io is a great platform for email campaigns, especially if you’re looking to reach your target market effectively. After a few tweaks and improvements—particularly in the inbox—we’ve seen an increase in leads. Their team is also very responsive and supportive when it comes to feedback and suggestions.

The only reason I’m not giving it a full five stars is the lack of a follow-up email campaign feature. Once that’s added, it would be an even more powerful and complete platform.

We use Sparkle.io for our email marketing, and their team runs our campaigns on our behalf. The flexibility with the DWY plan and their support are amazing! A great partner for sure.

As a cold email outreach tool, it's a very raw product. Mailings are sent without issue, but there is no data on replies or bounces. Most importantly, replies are not displayed in the service's inbox. Even worse, many emails with the status "email opened" are actually bounces. Support is slow and unhelpful. They answer with general phrases, and their AI bot is more helpful. I asked for a refund and have not received a response yet. Not recommended.
