Top Trend Hair Factory Arvostelua 

I placed an order of 1,332usd for a beautiful 40inch raw hair wig I saw with Top Trend Hair Factory Vietnam on their official WhatsApp number (specifically with Lea), after reading so many amazing reviews online. I believe the company’s hair products to be genuine. However the only challenge am having is with secure payment details. I asked for its business banking account details or payment via pay pal , and I suddenly woke up to my WhatsApp chats no longer being responded to. My fear is that if I use instant money transfers and this happens, my money will be gone forever without getting my order. So I hope the owner of Top Trend Hair factory is reading this, and to everyone that gave excellent reviews … pls how did you make payments to this company for your hair orders? Am curious … Lilian N

I asked if the hair would arrive before a certain date, and they told me it would. Instead, it arrived a week later, so it took a total of three weeks.

Second, the hair I received looks nothing like the reference photos I sent them. When I mentioned this, they just told me it would look better after washing it.

Third, the quality is terrible. I ordered loose curls, but there is barely any curl pattern. The hair is extremely dry, and I can't even get a brush through it.

And to make things worse, once you complain, they stop responding completely. I would definitely not recommend buying from them.
