C’est de loin la pire expérience d’achat que j’aie jamais vécue.

Après 4 semaines d’attente, on vous fait croire que vous allez recevoir une perruque exceptionnelle, entièrement faite à la main. Au final, j’ai reçu une perruque avec des bandes de tissage visibles, une couleur irrégulière, une faible densité et des finitions médiocres, très loin de ce qui était présenté.

Dès le premier shampoing, les cheveux se sont emmêlés et la perruque a perdu énormément de cheveux. D’après le comportement des fibres et le résultat de mon test, j’estime que les cheveux sont mélangés et ne correspondent pas à une perruque 100 % cheveux humains telle qu’annoncée.

Le service après-vente est une véritable déception. Jessica n’a jamais voulu reconnaître les problèmes constatés et s’est contentée de répéter la procédure de retour, sans répondre réellement aux défauts que j’avais signalés.

Entre les 4 semaines d’attente, puis le retour, les contrôles, et le remboursement annoncé plusieurs semaines plus tard, il faut attendre près de 3 mois pour espérer récupérer son argent.

Je déconseille fortement ce vendeur. Pour plus de 600 €, j’attendais une qualité irréprochable. J’ai reçu une perruque qui ne correspondait pas à mes attentes et un service client qui n’a pas répondu à mes préoccupations. Il existe de nombreux fournisseurs bien plus sérieux.

I like the company. The hair is very good quality. I bought platinum hair type 1 20inch long and I love it. Type 1 is the most expensive but still much cheaper than buying it in my country. Can't beat the price. Shipping takes less than 1 week. Love it. I bought from them already third time. Before I bought from them such a beautiful black ponytail. Never had any issues with the company.

Very bad hair poor quality I would not buy from these hair had synthetic hair mixed that burned when straightening hair was very thin at the ends bought type 2 mixed hair and the hair was so bad I have photos to follow of burn hair and very very thin strands and when complained they just argue back and do not solve anything what a waste of money

I bought this hair 2 weeks ago. When I received it, I was very happy at first. The quality of the hair seemed really good. The lady from Vietnamhair sent me a message on WhatsApp asking me to give a review on Google and Trustpilot. I told her that I don't give reviews that quickly and that I had to test it first. I told her that I will give the review a week later.
After a week I can say that this hair is of poor quality. I lost €400 for nothing. The hair gets tangled, breaks and above all falls everywhere. I have to vacuum my house several times a day. I stopped wearing my beige jacket because the hair was stuck everywhere on the helmet. At work it's horrible because in the office I have hair everywhere. I have to go out with a hairbrush with me because otherwise at the end of the day my hair is too messy. I bought this hair because I saw good reviews on Google and Trustpilot. But I'm really disappointed. Recommended for those looking for quality, don't waste your time buying from this seller. Try other sellers.
