Muy mala experiencia, después de hacer un pedido por casi 1.000$ en el que confié por las fotos y vídeos que me enviaban y en el que la comunicación era muy buena, me enviaron un lace que se suponía que era HD pero lo que llegó fue un color amarillo, y si contestación fue que el lace estaba bien para su tono pero para los tonos oscuros no estaba bien, y les dije que se suponía que era HD y HD es para todos los tonos, además la largura del pelo era grueso arriba y 2 pelos abajo, muy fino abajo. Y lo reclamé y me dijeron que así venden su pelo, no quisieron devolverme parte del dinero solo un descuento del 5% en la próxima compra. Quien iba a volver a comprar después de esta mala experiencia!?

I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I placed an order on April 6 and canceled the order before the hair was shipped. Despite the product never being sent, the company has refused to return my full payment of $686.

Instead of issuing a proper refund for non-delivery of goods, they attempted to deduct a 6.5% PayPal fee just for returning my own money. They also claimed they could not refund through Western Union, even though that is the method they accepted for payment in the first place.

I have contacted them multiple times through WhatsApp and other channels and still have not received a confirmed refund timeline. This has been unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional for a transaction where no product was ever delivered.

At this point, I am documenting my experience publicly so other buyers understand the risk of sending payment before shipment. I will update this review once my full refund is returned.

If there was any way I could give 0 stars I would. The worst experience I’ve ever had with any vendor. I asked about their returns policy prior to purchasing and was told I could return the hair for a full refund if I was unhappy. They sent me the worst quality hair on this planet and blocked me.

Now, after I left an honest review about my experience, they have started contacting me again but only to pressure me into taking the review down. They’re offering a return only if I remove my review, which raises serious concerns for me. At this point, I don’t feel confident that if I send the hair back, I would actually receive a refund or replacement.

What’s especially frustrating is that their own policy states returns should be possible, yet that wasn’t honored until I posted publicly.

I would strongly advise proceeding with caution.

This wig is amazing , it was so soft ,the lace was thin ,very minimal shedding It was very easy to install and melted into my skin well. If you're looking to get into wigs this is a great starter one.
