Although I haven't started my trip yet so I cannot testify to the efficiency of the entry into Vietnam, the proceedure for registering and obtaining the insciption confirmation was extremely easy and efficient.
Very rapid and clearly explained.
I travel a great deal and, for countries for which one must obtain a visa, it is by far the easiest I have experienced.

When arrived at the immigration visa station the officer ignored the paperwork and threw it aside. Had to fill in a visa application form and have my photograph taken ( which cost 5 dollars which obviously went into someone's pocket ). There was another couple who also used the online service the same thing happened. We basically went through the same procedure as any other person who arrived with no letter. So just what is the purpose of having this letter if it's not recognised by the immigration dept. I think this is a bit of a con. I shall be making inquiries about this site.

the visa approval letter had 6 names of other travelers along with mine which was not a real issue although i was questioned about it. the issue was by the airline at tiger air check in who refused to check me in if i did not have a return ticket on the grounds that it is mandatory and i will not be allowed to enter Vietnam. this is not mentioned on your web site or anywhere else and i had to make an emergency ticket booking as airline did not check me in till the last minute even though i had time to stop over at Singapore. overall was bad experience.

on line booking was straight forward - got the letter the next day .. got to HCMC , no problem. Just remeber when you get out of plane to proceed to the VISA ON ARRIVAL desk .. don't queue for immigration yet !! the time it will take at that desk depends how mnay people before you.. and you ll lose a pga ein your passport !

Was a bit skeptical of all online companies at the beginning but they processed our visa on arrival paper very quickly and we had no problems to get the visa once we landed in Vietnam! Thanks!

Horrible agent!! Made mistake on my visa, which made my family get denied boarding passes on Vietnam Airlines. Their reply was "oh, airline should let you go". Refused to help me. Their Supervisor - Mr Lee - was extremely rude & unprofessional, and would not respond to my emails demanding a refund.

Use a different agent! Do not use this one!!

I purchased an emergency visa which is supposed to take 3min to 4hours to process. I was travelling the next day and thankfully was able to get my visa on time.

Just a small detail though - my payment went through at approximately 10:30am Vietnam time, and I didn't get my visa letter until around 5pm. It was still on time but not within the 4 hours as promised.

Otherwise it was all good, there was someone from the company chatting with me to make sure I did the application properly etc, and they were very helpful.

The process of applying visa is super smooth and fast...keep up the good work :)
