Hi, I have been getting my Vietnamese visas on arrival with Vietnam-Evisa.Org since March of 2013. Just checking my passport and there are 4 separate visits to Vietnam where I obtained a visa on arrival with them.

I've used this service twice, and it was timely. However, the second time, I ordered fast track and paid more. When I arrived, there was no one waiting for me. When I asked the employees from this company, in his words, he said "I don't know who you are and I don't care". He should be fired. I was very unhappy with the treatment, and ended up having to wait 2 hours after paying for this service.

It was difficult to find your official visa site as many companies are offering visas to your beautiful country. You need to add the word official in bold letters to the search heading. Once on the site it was easy and helpful. When we received the approval for the visa, your instructions tell us to go to the visa office at the airport to pick up the visa but you say don't which airport? We weren't sure wether it was the county/city we were departing from (Manilla) or the airport of arrival in Vietnam (Hanoi). We are looking forward to our trip. We have heard that Hanoi is the most beautiful city in Asia.

Not only was my visa available within the 2-day time frame that I was told it would be but they were with me the whole way, letting me know that I would be hearing from them and they were in the process of getting me my visa. Its my pleasure and privilege to record my views on the services of Viet Nam Visa services. It enabled me twice in this year to have a hassle free travel to Viet Nam, once through Da Nang Airport and second through Ho Chi Minh city. Everything was perfect, friendly and professional.

The only thing that has to be improved is a better que management system at the Ho Chi Minh city airport, at the landing visa issue centre.

Four weeks ago, we started our tour of SE Asia. Our first stop was Hanoi. Though most members of our tour group arranged to get their Visa's for Vietnam and Cambodia through a centre in Ottawa, we decided to take a chance on Vietnam-evisa.org. The approval to obtain a landing visa arrived by email in less than 48 hours. We paid for the Fast Track service and were happy with this decision. On arrival in the arrivals hall, there was a young man holding a sign with our names waiting for us. As promised, he took our passports, approval documents and $45.00 per person Visa processing fee and "fast tracked" our stamp. In essence, he jumped the queue for us and we had our Visa's in less than 10 minutes.

The service is fast and efficient but only the price for get a quick visa is expensive, you must to pay 100% more for the express service.

Booked e visa n got confirmation letter the next day. On arrival hanoi airport no person was waiting at the arrival gate for me despite having booked VIP
After complaining the next day by email they offered 20 usd discount. Not acceptable of course. Will look for serious company next time.
