Clear instructions and good support from this company enabled us to have trouble-free entry through Vietnamese immigration.

They put my paid two visa applications on 1 letter which I found out is not allowed and they threatened to throw me out of the the country. Numerous times I called them and asked them to speak to the immagration officers and they refused to speak to them and said they were fixing it. Why they would not speak to the immigation officer I do not know. I was aksed to pay another $160 and I refused. Miraculously about 2 hours later I was given my visa at no extra cost. No apology has been recieved. Never again I am afraid. Absolutely terrible and very stressfull I experience and I missed a meeting due their incompetence.

We went to Vietnam for the first time 20Nov 2014 and did the visa on arrival process and was totally satisfied with the service yes they were at the gate waiting for us and directed us to the visa counter(extra costapprox$10) gave the guy the $US and waited probably 10mins for processing then directed us to the staff /crew entry for the processing of our passports and we were out of there it was quicker then coming back to Australia and going through customs definitely doing this again less hassle. We were told that sending our passports to Canberra was the only way! I asked numerous travel agents they said the same I rang the embassy as well and they said the same. I was afraid that our passports would get lost in the mail! This visa on arrival worked for us and its actually cheaper even with the express service Give it a go!

We received a pre-approval letter for our visas on arrival to Vietnam within 24 hours of our request - faster than what the website promised so we were very pleased! The instructions on the websote were very clear and there were multiple emails on the status of the application so we were well informed throughout the process. Good price and great execution! Will use again in a bit. One small note: even though all websites we saw asked to provide 2 passport photos per person,only one photo was actually needed.
