Applying for the visa online was very easy and had great communication over email with the staff. But once at the airport, the staff at the desk that stamp the visa and put it into the passport are extremely rude. I was yelled at me multiple times when I asked a couple of questions regarding the form that needed to be filled out. I'm never doing it that way again, next time I will just go to the embassy in my country.

I was sceptical of using this service as the Foreign office recommends using the Vietnamese embassy for visas. I found the response time from visa services excellent and although I haven't travelled yet I suspect that the service at Hanoi will be just as effective.

I double checked my entry and submitted my order. Next day, I got my approval letter already however my nationality was "France," same as the one below me. There is no way I would write that I'm French so I asked customer support to reissue. Then I was told that it's my mistake and I have to pay $10 to fix it. I didn't have time so paid and received a correct letter next day but I had bad experience and had to pay more money.

I recently went to vietnam and thought I could get visa on arrival, but didn't realize I needed the letter of approval in advance. I was at the airport 2 1/2 hours before my flight when I realized this. I did a search and found this website. I was nervous, but applied for the emergency 1-2 hour application and was able to get my letter via email confirmation in 55 minutes! I made my flight and there was someone waiting for me on the other end to get me through (expedited nonetheless). All communication was prompt and efficient. I met other people at the airport who used a different service and they wound up missing the flight.

I have been travelling to Vietnam for many years and on this occasion I required a visa on arrival that my usual agent could not arrange. I also had an enquiry pre-order. My enquiry was dealt with swiftly and accurately. The visa cost was competitive and the service was almost flawless. The only thing that could have been better was the VIP ground service on arrival (which I ordered in addition to the visa) the person who collected my passport seemed fairly new at the job and a little less knowledgeable of the procedures than the last people I had dealt with. For example he collected my passport, then came back to ask me for
the photos that he forgot, then came back to ask me for the cash he forgot. I did of course try to offer him all these different parts initially! No biggie and he was quick to correct his mistakes. Overall, I would highly recommend this service (visa + VIP) to anyone coming to Vietnam, it makes the entry procedure very simple with no need to stand in a queue, which can sometimes be over an hour long!

Very fast turn around they respond as promised in their website advertisements. Corporate staff quickly notice any errors in application and point the errors out to the customer. Once on the ground post-airport process, if you require additional assistance they are responsive and a customer can visit the HCMC Office as necessary. They extra cost for having someone meet you at Immigration when you arrive is worth paying but I'm not sure that some corporate supervision or oversight should also be at the airport. Pls note my comments extend to HCMC arrivals only, and I've used Vietnam-Evisa.Org more than twice

It took to long at the airport to get ur visa ..needs to be better organized at the other end & it's not so clear on wat paper work u need to take along with you ..but overall the vietnam visa application was fast & efficient ..

We got right away the approval notice,but not the letter with the stamp, and we had to wait some hours in Siem Rep, losing the air plain to Vietnam.
Very sad because we loose Ho Chi Minh , maybe next time, because we love Vietnam.

I would certainly recommend this service. I used it twice in December 2014. First time was for a single entry visa. The only slight glitch was that initially the entry letter put my nationality as Malaysian (my country of residence) rather than UK (my country of citizenship). However this was quickly and easily sorted out once I noticed the problem. For the second visa everything went extremely smoothly and I was able to enter Vietnam both times without any issues.
