Thank you for coming up with this services, this will shortage times of waiting inline at custom counter after a long flight we just want to go home or to our hotel take a long hot shower be with our friends/family eat good foods and visiting the city. At first we doubt if it is going to help us at all but it did. Easy to apply. Received email in a few days and print it out. Show it at the Vietnam visa on arrival airport in ho chi Minh and we notice the hassle other people have to go through : without this service you have to apply for a visa yourself there, wait for queue and be called to fill out other forms , take pictures etc. We only submitted the approval letter this service emailed us and wait not even fifteen minutes- get called to grab the passport with the visa in it. And we are off.

This Company provided a great service, was efficient and reliable. I tried firstly in Hanoi and the Lady was very supportive and helpful, The second time into HCM, but the Guy this time was not as organised, but eventually delivered safely and without incident. I was personally very happy with this company. I highly recommend them at all times.

Suggest getting the expedited service at HCMC ,,, the line up just to drop your documents can be long . Next time will get a one year multiple.

I requested a multi entry visa and was issued a single entry. When I asked to have it changed there was an additional charge. Then I was issued a single entry visa again. I had to request a multi entry again.

I found the visa on arrival on line process very easy and efficient to arrange.
The add on services of meeting at the plane gate and express service through to the outside area was excellent and took away any stress.
I also booked a car to the city as part of the sevice and travelled by a comfortable Mercedes into town . The cost was much cheaper than hotel cars and again very efficient.
After making the booking i recieved an email asking my destination in the city and gave me a hot line number to call if any problems
It was great to see the HCMC airport had developed these services and mange them in such a professional way

I have used this Visa on Arrival service 2 times now. The first time, I I was unsure about it all but Norton assured me it was safe. And it was.
- One time when in Vancouver, I visited the Vietnamese consulate in person to arrange the visa. This was more expensive and slower.
- So now, whenever coming to Vietnam, I will use vietnam-evisa.org to arrange the visa.

all great good with the immigration but at the exit my car was not there so i had to pay again for another one...
