Vietnam Visa Services | Vietnam Visa On Arrival Arvostelua 

This was a quick and straightforward way to get visas for our trip to Vietnam. I liked the regular update emails so I knew the exact status. The turn around time was quicker than expected, and the airport authorities were happy with the documents you sent us.

My application for the paperwork needed to obtain a Vietnam Visa at the airport on arrival was dealt with quickly and easily.

Efficient service with clear description; email updates during the processing of the visa were very welcome.

The electronic experience was easy and fast. I elected (and paid extra for) to be met on arrival, not so good. The guy was either not there or was waiting at a different part of the arrival hall ( I walked round the hall twice looking for my name) He eventually showed up when I was in line at the visa on arrival counter (by the way I have been coming to Vietnam for more than 20 years). This counter is still like a market, as is the hordes of people lining up at immigration counters, ( I am being polite here) these passengers at the VOA counter just stay put when handing over the forms and do not move away to let others in. The immigration officers behind the counter do not appear to assist in moving people away to wait. After 30 minutes got my Visa On Arrival and thankfully the chap who arrived to meet me managed to get me a fast track through Immigration, so I did not need to queue up agin.

Visa costs and extras still too expensive.

I have used for the first time vietnam-evisa.org and have been very satisfied with the service they offer,I waited no more then 5 minutes to get my visa and all the paper work was done by them.

Everything was carried out by Vietnam EVisa just as described in the email exchanges. I rec'd the approval letter from Vietnam Immigration, I was met promptly upon my arrival at Hanoi Airport and the Vietnam EVisa rep carried out the fast track visa procedure for me.

quick reply and good information on process

We paid extra for personal letter of acceptance. We received letter with my husbands name listed with 9 other people and my name not even included. Contacted them they sent another letter with just the two of us and got my passport number wrong. Contacted them again and they respond by sending another letter with just my name husband not included. I asked for a refund due to their inability to get anything right. They responded by saying we can use two letters. One with my husbands name and passport listed with nine other people and mine with just my name. We have since sent our passports to Vietnamese Embassy for Visa and will just forget about the $54 we paid to e-visa

It was an easy and straight forward process and completely hassle free. The visa approval letter was issued to me within 2 working days which was much faster than I expected. There were online chat help service just you in case you met with any problems.

I've been to lots of countries around the world.. But so far this was the easiest and fastest online visa service I've ever experienced..

We had no trouble at all and received our visas at the airport promptly. The arrangement letter arrived in my inbox as per schedule.

I liked the online services though the English translation of the web page and emails could be improved.

Still awaiting how well it goes at the immigration offices..

I booked for 9 people in total and out of the 9 the meet and assist service was available for 7 so 2 arrived to the airport and did not find anyone waiting for them and they had to do the visa service on their own although we paid for the meet and assist service.

Visa made easy!! The service from start to finish so easy, painless and only took few minutes. Collections was minutes - on arrival . Would recommend and will use again. Thank you.
